Geek squad has been a life saver several times. Great help and very knowledgeable.

I paid $185 for 24 months. It covers any malfunctions (factory defects) and any physical damage! It also covers all items I bought after. So far I bought two 45 inch curved monitors, one iPhone. It's also extends return policy to 60 days for each item! I did a research: there is no other sellers have policies even close to Total Coverage of Best Buy. For instance B&H store doesnt even cover monitors over 34 inches size. And neither B&H or Amazon sold policies cover physical damage of monitors. Best Buy it is!

If you have the member membership, this warranty is amazing because it’s included. If not, I do still recommend getting a warranty for every item.

This is a no brainer. I get the Best Buy protection for everything I buy from Best Buy. Not only is it the piece of mind, but if something does happen, I know that they will take care of the issue.

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!

As of now I have a problem with this because Best Buys phone customer service is awfull. Its difficult to reach, had to call several time, pit on hold and hung up on several times and when I was finally able to reach someone, I could not get them to understand the issue. They put on the wrong request.

The litter robot is as advertised. I have two cats it’s easy for both to use. Changing the bag is so much better than the previous method. Also the litter cost much less so really I will save money over time.

This program is the best $ I’ve ever spent here. Your allowed to tryout anything you buy for 2 or 3 months and give you no questions asked if your not satisfied. I’ve lost earbuds on several occasions and they’re replaced no charge. Ind applies to anything you buy in the store.
