Man-oh-man! THIS IS A DEAL! I have recouped the cost of this membership three times over in less than 3 months. I actually bought this plan simply because buying this plan reduced the cost of the install for an appliance by $ 50.00 right off the bat. Since then, I have had three computer services and two more installs done at no additional cost. If you expect to do at least two major appliance purchases in a calendar yer, you need this plan!

This has been the best purchase for our home theater. I was able to easily connect the Samsung - The Freestyle FHD HDR Smart Portable Projector to either my LG Sound bar for surround sound, or if I wanted more rooms covered, I connect it to my Denon Stereo Receiver. (All purchased at Best Buy). Great quality, picture and sound.

Have used several times. Sometimes difficult but usually not. Has paid off for us. New fridge not prorated. 2 new tv sets. Their replacement cost towards new tv. Many years ago a replacement playstation

Sometimes things just go wrong. Thankfully I purchased the plan on my Samsung 85" Tizen. The TV was promptly replaced; no hassle no run around. Samsung support service is very good.

If you buy more than 2 things a year from Best Buy - you should have this. Well worth it on the annual price.
