The Best Buy total protection is the bomb. They cover my electronics. They replace or repair.

I have been lucky so far with most of the purchased protection plans. The only plan that I would never purchase again is for new cell phones. You have to pay $70 in addition to the plan cost for an exchange phone and then they sent me an exchange phone with a battery that wouldn't charge. I couldn't erase my data before shipping it back since the battery died during the factory reset procedure. It was a total nightmare! But for other items I have very good experiences with the extended protection. I purchase the longest protection available. When you have an issue they exchange the product or give you a gift card for the product without any hassle. But stay away from extended phone protection if you don't want to pay the extra $70 in addition to the plan.

Marantx always known for quality electronics and this one does not disappoint. Slim size but don't let it fool you it can handle pretty much every thing I put with it. Klipsch SVS KEF drove just fine. Perfect for those who want pluf and play. Just upgraded for the new 50 for more over speakers in main living area but know this is a steal on price !! Marantz fan for life!!!

If you purchase from Best Buy, then this pays for itself. I can't recommend this enough for peace of mind and ease of care for products.

Okay so I have had this protection going on 2plus years. Yeaha it does cost some money but the pros of geek squad answering/installing the products I buy plus delivery to having everything I buy under warranty is a must. And to mention the rewards yup I will continue using this program.

My wife and I have found Best Buy's Protection Plan to be worth the money. We love the install and haul away free features. We enjoy being able to review our purchased items to see how old they are and what warranties may apply. We will likely purchase our appliances through Best Buy for the rest of our lives.

If you buy more than 2 things a year from Best Buy - you should have this. Well worth it on the annual price.

I couldn't figure out how to update my original review. So here I am giving an update not all games have it but some do tend to suffer the dreaded flicker the oldest have again not all the time but I had to exchange mine today due to it shutting off on me during use. I did all troubleshooting and ultimately exchanged it. If anyone has experienced this please do let me know if this was a fluke or common would love to know

After multiple conversations about when/where to purchase new computers and a printer, the choice was certainly well-made to complete it at Best Buy and their membership program. They are accessible and very knowledgeable, making this long awaited technology upgrade easier. Thanks, for a good product & service from great employees!

With Best Buy I have the Confidence that if my purchased product fails me, that this will be resolved by Best Buy Staff. I have couple incidences in which Best Buy, time & time again have resolved my issues/concerns. Peace of Mind is what I have. As I have other issues in Life, without worrying about these matters that not only can be frustrating but can be time consuming in trying to resolve on one's own. And can be expensive as well. This Coverage eliminates these concerns.
