With Best Buy I have the Confidence that if my purchased product fails me, that this will be resolved by Best Buy Staff. I have couple incidences in which Best Buy, time & time again have resolved my issues/concerns. Peace of Mind is what I have. As I have other issues in Life, without worrying about these matters that not only can be frustrating but can be time consuming in trying to resolve on one's own. And can be expensive as well. This Coverage eliminates these concerns.

I love Total Tech. If you frequently buy products Best Buy sales its a no brainer because you get 2 years of protection for free. That alone is worth it. Though, I do wish they had the ability to extend warranties beyond the 2 years or to upgrade your Total Tech annual subscription to a level that automatically includes at least 3-4 years.

TV install was great. Technician walked us through the options on the TV.

I loved my appliance, but it did not hold up to my standards. I think the great inside the dishwasher could be better.

Great value to protect the items you care for, we protected. the Samsung - 4.1-Channel Soundbar with Wireless Rear Speaker Kit and DOLBY AUDIO / DTS 2.0 - Black is a great product with a great price! Easy assembly/connection and makes movie time more exciting with surround sound, totally protected no matter what with the purchase of Best Buy Total. Fits in any room.

Had some trouble getting windows 11 to work with it but switch it back to a tcp/ip port and it ended up working just fine. Haven’t tried a lot of pages with the automatic document feeder. It does seem very tailored to the 8 1/2” by 11” size. You won’t be able to go over that. It’s an expensive printer, and you should look at the toner replacements before making a decision. Bought the extended life ones and I think it cost more that the printer.

After having several systems, this WiFi 7 system is the fastest and most reliable I have ever had. No other WiFi system compares to how efficient this Orbi 770 Series in providing coverage for my entire home.

Purchased a total protection geek squad package and a 65” LG C-2 tv with complete Sonos sound system and over two weeks later still trying to nail down a time for Best Buy to install it in my home. With left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing mentality— These guys just can’t seem to get it together! Expect a long wait time and lengthy delays and confusion in getting installation services with this company. Not good at all!

This monitor has been great to me. Amazing for gaming, photo & video editing, and streaming entertainment. The only draw back is the pixel refresh system that goes off every 4 hours, BUT it is necessary for the longevity of the OLED panel. Staying consistent with maintenance will guarentee the lifespan of the monitor to avoid burn in.

The Geek Squad has helped us work through hardware questions the past couple months, and they have been helpful and fast.

The two year protection plan is well worth it. It gives you peace of mind. All you have to do is call and product is repaired or replaced.

I get all if my electronics from best buy and sometimes other things and when you have been getting things from best buy for so long it makes you wish had existed sooner but I have already saved so much from the time that i have had it and i ,dont have to worry about anything breaking because its covered by the 24 month geek squad protection. Would reccomend

a product is only as good as its warranty. I haven't had to use it but I know it's there when I need it.

As a Total Tech member, I get 24 months of protection on everything, so it more than pays for itself. And while you don't often need it, it really comes in handy on things that you drag around everywhere with you (take a beating), things with lots of moving parts or things with batteries. If the battery life starts to dwindle, just take it in and get your purchase price applied to the latest tech - that's a huge win!
