    Perfect protection plan. We got this included with our BestBuy Total membership and these plans alone pay for the membership. Worth every penny. The store customer service is great. Phone customer service is lacking.

    Very easy setup and excellent quality sound. If it had a tad more bass it would b 5 stars but overall very good sound quality

    This is a great way to go to protect TVs, computers, appliances and other electronic equipment. It also provides you with the geek squad help. They have helped my wife and I with her laptop. Also with our Sonos setup.

    Additional warranty is always a good idea. You should never purchase expensive expensive electronics without buying the additional warranty.

    Had to use this on a very expensive TV where the manufacturer would not cover it, and according to their warranty they should have. I bought this they sent someone over took one look and it was replaced in five days.

    Me and My husband we got this plan from best buy is very Izzy something gose wrong the Best buy will fix for you.Instead you have to shipped to they're company + Shipping is almost like buying another one.
