    Excellent product with great customer service! The cameras work clear n the notifications are always on point. You can see the license plate on your neighbors car n also you can interact with people through the camera’s microphone

    Total Tech is a life saver electronics are expensive and it’s nice to know Total Tech has your back! We have used it a couple of times and overall impressed and not stuck with electronics for some reason stop working after manufacturing warranty.

    Worth the money to buy this if you are making a large amount of purchases from Best Buy. I would recommend that you get this product if you are in need of a lot of assistance with IT problems or just with IT in general.

    So far, this monthly best buy protection plan in total coverage gives much greater ease of mind. I would recommend this membership to anyone buying products from Best Buy and for anyone concerned about any potential accidental damages.

    These two young men from the Geek Squad were so professional and helpful in not only the install but operations of the TV as well..I'm in my 70's and not very Tech savvy..they made sure I knew how to navigate my way thru the new smart TV

    I LOVE my protection plan, I have needed to use it more than once. The guys at Geek squad are patient, knowledgeable and were able to educate me on what happened to my computer. I also like that it covers my phone and other electronics in my home. Great Value!

    Never was a fan of extended warrenties until I got the total tech. Wow what a service idea, smart accessible profession who are able to communicate with us folks who only use and often don't understand how everything comes together.
