Geek Squad has been cooperative and knowledgeable about the products purchased. I purchased a TV with sound bar and subwoofer. The items were installed adjacent to the house and were connected with ehthernet cables and a EERO WIFI system. The sound bar has some kinks and they are bringing a new one.

Great protection when needed. Modern electronic items are may to complex. Having this service gives you peace of mind.

Monthly protection for my Washer/Dryer was free because I'm a Total Tech member which I purchased in October when I bought a TV. For two years, everything I buy is covered. At the end of two years, you can pay a small monthly amount for the products you still want to cover. IMO, Best Buy beats them all for product support.

Already paid for itself several times over when the TV I purchased was discounted by $750
