I couldn’t be more pleased with the Best Buy Total Protection Plan. It’s a must if you are not astute at connecting components involving a Harmony Remote. Best Buy stands behind their service and we had an excellent tech named Randall who took the time to do the installation and explain how to use the system.

I purchased the protection plan and it has paid for itself with the install of 2 car radios and a dishwasher unit. Also gives you special BB pricing on many items and a longer return window.

Great value but I have not needed to use it yet! I am hoping to not use it but if I need to I hope that it covers everything

A must need! It's no different than car insurance. You spend lots of money on your new purchases and you expect them to last for 8 - 10 years or longer so insuring such items is valuable. It's not like a computer where you should replace them every 3 - 5 years.

Great protection plan which covers all your electronic products

Generally, I don't care for warranties and such items but having purchased this plan and having all my tech covered truly puts my mind at ease. The service is great and I haven't had any issues get a quality resolution.

I'm glad I’m enjoying it! Despite having a window opposite the TV, the picture remains clear and bright, which is contrary to the common belief that OLEDs may not perform well in well-lit rooms.

Love the protection plan, even if you never get to use it it is still worth it... you never know when you will need it but when that day comes it sure pays off for itself

Of course I got this. Replacing the item is so much more. This is easy to use if you need to and you get a replacement same day!

Anytime I need to fix or replace I can just walk into the store to get service. Best warranty on the market

My older printer stopped working however it was still under warranty, and I took it in and they replaced it immediately with this new one.

The Best Buy Protection Plan is part of my Total Tech membership and one of the best purchases Ive made. It covers all of my electronics and tech purchased through Best Buy. Love it.
