Totally worth the money. Bought a new A/V receiver and had Geek Squad set up to all my devices , but receiver was defective. Bought another brand and they came back out set it up , took the bad one back and refunded my monies - no questions asked. Best Buy is a Best Buy !

Worth it if anything goes wrong with anything! If you have kids using devices, i think it is a must. Marked down the value a bit because it used to be FREE repairs/etc.

Good protection plan. Best buy covers for any damages as mentioned in their coverage guidelines. I had a flickering TV screen and Best Buy changed without any cost.

I've notice my upload and download speeds have increased with this product. Its also reduced my latency for not only gaming but also streaming shows.

You must get a protection plan for your valuable items.

Always good to have a bit of added protection on your purchases. Being part of the club for this option at Best Buy is great and something that comes in handy at times.
