I bought this protection for my sons iPad a couple years ago. Have had a couple issues with the iPad over the years, I brought it to Best Buy and they fixed it every time.

So far it's already paid for itself. And I have a feeling I've only scratched the surface of the usefulness of having this subscription

Best Buy provides extended product coverage at no cost. They also keep the warranty information and you do not need to keep any paperwork. While you would hope you will not have an issue this is very comforting. The more I learn about Best Buy the more I like it.

Totaltech has paid for itself with our purchases and installations. I do not need to add any extra warranties to my purchases due to Totaltech coverage. Very pleased with our Totaltech purchase.

If it weren't for the Total Protection and the Geek Squad that comes with it, I would probably be going elsewhere for Electronics. I really don't blame the guys that sell them, just the manufacturing has taken a step or two backwards.

I used to purchase an extended warranty with every purchase, but since Best Buy started offering this protection, I have no need to purchase additional insurance.

My sound bar was damaged outta the box but not noticeable & didn’t affect the sound. The Geek Squad came out & replaced it & hooked up my new one & answered my questions on my other newly purchased items.

I will never be without it. The services that come with this plan I have used many times. Well worth the price.
