If it weren't for the Total Protection and the Geek Squad that comes with it, I would probably be going elsewhere for Electronics. I really don't blame the guys that sell them, just the manufacturing has taken a step or two backwards.

With our Total Tech Plan we were able to include our new computer with it. The Geek Squad was able to access the hard drive on our dead computer and upload all the data to our new computer. Wouldn't be without this plan.

Best Buy provides extended product coverage at no cost. They also keep the warranty information and you do not need to keep any paperwork. While you would hope you will not have an issue this is very comforting. The more I learn about Best Buy the more I like it.

This protection takes care of me and supports any damage that the equipment has during delivery or any damage, also during the time of coverage, this implies any repair of the equipment.
