Incase the kids are a bit hard on the electronics... we got the extended warranty.

What a joke - I had a sales rep come out. Shared what I was trying to do and he heard a third of what I wanted to do. Still when the Geek Squad showed up (they were a joke communicating when they were showing up so the 7-7 window was literal until they were headed my way). They show up and have a defective receiver - I ask if they could help me take one tv down (to heavy for me to do it alone), “yeah but it will cost you” lol. I have bought 3 big screens a sound bar and a receiver in the past two weeks. So the receiver didn’t work they said they would take it back order a new one and reschedule - I got a prompt to schedule the technician to come out and install it, the tech shows up - he has NO RECEIVER - Huh? He was confused - I was confused - Found out the technician that took the receiver back cancelled the order - HUH? Totally lost - I text the sales rep that his technician screwed - His Response changed my mind in trying a third time and I cancelled the order. 1st experience with geek squad and last - even reconsidering walking into to BB and more. Don’t contract with BEST BUY - WINTER GARDEN.

Great support but beware if you need a repair on a laptop. It takes every bit of 6-8 weeks!!! It would be nice if they offered a "loaner" to hold you over in the interim.

Best Buys Protection Plan is Excellent. We purchase all out products from Best Buy because of their Protection Plan.

I have had a couple of issues with my epson printers and they gave me new printers to replace the defective ones
