Great printer and is quiet. The ink is very costly and it took awhile to figure out the settings. It does way more than I realized.

Terrible customer service. I bought an Epson 3LCD projector online on April 27th, 2024, picking it up on April 28th. I was in town for a corp event. When I got to the event, I found that I couldn't use the projector. I came back to the store with the item UNOPENED and bought a 32" monitor instead. When I tried to return the item, I was charged a $112,50 restocking fee even though the item was unopened. I asked to see a manager and was told that there was none available. The cashier said he needed to open the box to verify the contents. He admitted that he noted that the tape seal was not broken. He suggested that I try to call the manager to get the restocking fee reversed. I tried several times that day and several times the following few days. I got voicemail each time. I left at least 4 messages and never got a call back. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I now only go to Best Buy when I need things immediately, otherwise, I buy from Amazon, Micro Center or other retailers. So disappointing.
