This thing is super customizable for specific networking needs. I have approximately 70-80 devices connected at a time whether it be home automation, computers, other iot, vms, or mobile devices. This thing handles them all with ease and still enough bandwidth to play whatever pc games I want. The vpn integration is seamless and a well thought out feature. No issues with firmware upgrades to date.

Way surpassed expectations. The graphics are plenty good and the software is not buggy at all. Game play is snappy and engaging. Anytime our kids’ friends are over, it’s the hit of the party. Best part is that u don’t need to keep track of all the pieces. Second best part is it enforces the rules so a great system for new chess players, etc. Usage is very easy for even my youngest (7 y/o to fire up and play solo) Pretty much every classic board, table or card is here or in a few instances a close replica if they don’t have licensing (eg, Uno is like oh no but it’s the basically the same otherwise). The custom games are pretty sweet too. Dizzy tanks is our favorite. There’s a cool bball game as well. there’s more dispiriting as a parent to see well thought out holiday gifts abandoned by springtime. Solve that problem with this amazing game table. This thing is built well, works right away and consistently, and will be gathering spot for kids and whole family for years to come. Just a huge success

Absolutely the best plan for any senior living at home. I have had it for a few years and recommend it to others. I live in a 55+ active adult community of 5000 residents. Many of whom is lost with technology. The BestBuy Total protection program is my go to recommendation to them. It provides the most comprehensive coverage. It’s too bad that BestBuy is not aggressively promoting this plan to all 55+ communities, they are missing a golden opportunity

Initially, I was debating between this and the complete Sonos Arc system since I didn't like the sound profile of the Sony HT-A7000. Although, I was reluctant to go with the 990b due to the apparent quality control issues, I decided to go for this flagship Samsung due to the fact that I primarily watch films on 4K(blu-ray) from my collection. Not all films are mastered in Dolby Atmos, 'Gladiator' (2000) being an example as the disc is mastered with a DTS:X codec. Watching the last scene of 'Gladiator' was immersive as I felt crowd noises coming from the rear speaker. I felt like I was in antiquity, standing there with Maximus in the Colosseum. Dolby Atmos is excellent as well when I watched 'No Time to Die.' Billie Ellish's vocals coming through during the credit sequences gave me chills and the scene following it, with Bond in the Astin Martin being shot at, sounded just like it did in the theater. I can't speak to older films mastered with DTS-HD, Dolby Digital, or Mono LPCM but I imagine it sounds good with the Soundbar set to Adaptive mode. If you primarily watch movies, especially on physical media, I would highly recommend this bar since Sonos doesn't support some of the DTS formats such as DTS:X. This bar and sub has plenty of low-end and watching 'The Fellowship of the Ring' and 'Sicario', I found myself lowering the bass on the equalizer below zero since the whole room was rumbling. So far, I have not had any issues with rear speakers disconnecting. But I am not too concerned if issues were to arise, since I am a TotalTech member.

I have to say, prior to owning this, I had a Samsung odyssey 49in curved. This compared to that is beyond expectation. Although not 240h as compared to the odyssey, I feel the picture quality, rate, and ratio are amazing. To top it off, this has a dedicated kvm which is top notch. It has the right amount of ports needed for a dual screen setup using PIP and my PC connected. And unlike other 49 inch curved monitors, this has integrated speakers with amazing sound quality.
