I am a totaltech member and have bought over $10k worth of appliances for my new home since we joined. We have only recently purchased our appliances and electronics and haven’t really had the need to use the protection plan yet. That’s why I am only giving it a 4star.

they advertise 24 months on purchases made on best buy, but that is ONLY true if you renew the subscription for a second year, so really it is only a year for what i purchased. felt this was somewhat misleading. took a LOT of effort to get support on an item i bought, and took weeks before they could schedule a fix.

Would not purchase the Bose soundbar or speakers again. The speakers crackle a lot no matter what you put the volume and base on. Swapped out for a new set and they do the same thing. Sound out that the brand just does this and they consider it normal. I’ve always been a fan of Bose in the past but never again will I make this mistake. The soundbar will also randomly decide not to work/play sound. Also typical for their soundbar. I wish I could give it zero stars.

As a Total Tech Member, I automatically get protection on every product I purchase. It’s worth it when you refresh products for the whole family.

Amazing speakers so far, they sound great! Easy instructions to mount and an overall simple process to connect and get speakers up and running!

The latch on the treadmill platform when raised should catch. There was an assembly problem whereby this wasn't done correctly by Best Buy delivery rep. Treadmill worked fine, but unable to get underneath to clean or move it. Called BestBuy to have the issue fixed. Was told they didn't have anyone on staff qualified to fix this brand. I was subsequently able to have this repaired recently through ProForm with an out of pocket expenditure.

You have just purchased a quality printer; now you need to provide peace of mind by insuring it. Price is reasonable; so go ahead and do it.

No assistance offered when trying to renew total tech membership within 1 day after policy shows to be cancelled. Now thousands of products purchased here can no longer be covered, because repurchasing protection will only apply to future purchases. Best Buy lost my business after this.

Bought online reconditioned in excellent condition (it is not an open box item). But when I opened the box, to my surprise remote is missing. Talked to customer service and went to store. But no solution. Should have bough a new item from a better place who can at least provide soundbar with all the parts. Lesson learned, never ever buy anything online from bestbuy. There are better and trusted alternatives.

Never getting rid of my total tech. Havent had any issues at all with any product just a firm believer that they stand behing their.

Had for about a year now no issues… fun to go back to your childhood playing games like this… wish I waited for a sale tho paid $550

Just purchased. If I ever need to use it, I will come back and write another review. It is important to have. Just never know.

Feels like a scam. I purchased a TV and was told that I would have price protection for 60 days. A few weeks later the TV was discounted a further $200, and when I called to ask for price match I was told they could not do it because I had purchased a "bundle" deal. I had not purchased a bundle, I simply bought the TV and Best Buy automatically included a 30 day free trial for Apple Music and FuboTV. Bear in mind, this is only for new subscribers to these platforms -- and since I don't live under a rock, I'm obviously not a new subscriber to either of those platforms. In the process of outfitting my new home with digital devices but I will be returning all purchased items and going elsewhere.

Best buy took a great product and continues to take away benefits every time. They bait you, then take it away.

This is a new charge that I haven't determined if its of value yet.

Verbally abusive tecnician who also happens to force rescheduling appointments because they decide to no call-no show.

Installers took the manuals and remote charging cords and won’t return my calls/text to get the missing items baxk

I love this soundbar! The Atmos is amazing! I also added the 300w sub! Perfect match with my Sony OLED.

Do not buy. I cannot recommend this monitor. If you have a top tier gpu. It will constantly scan for signal and then go into standby mode but on for the pc. As for consoles ot works great. Tried this monitor on multiple pc's all with 3080 or higher gpus. Tried hdmi, display port. Tried changing display to 1.2 or 1.4. Nothing works. Had mine for about 6 months. Updated firmware etc. Talked to sony and all that nonsense. Sony told me its an known issue an could not give me any remedy to this issue.
