    This protection has come into play twice. In both cases Best Buy honored this extended warranty.

    I had nothing but bad experiences with Geek Squad, and I wanted to give Best Buy another chance thinking that Total Tech would be serious customer service and tech support. I know nothing about technology, and I do not work for Best Buy; therefore, I know nothing about Best Buy's policies regarding their technology; and yet somehow, I know more about technology and Best Buy's policies than the people Best Buy employs. 100% Disappointment on all levels.

    Not worth the money, im my case you have to prove the the product is defective or best buy will just say its something technical on my end.

    We had problems with this receiver from the first month of purchasing it. We thought the problem was with an external device, Roku but it turns out that it has a bad HDMI port. When calling Best Buy to return it less than 8 months after purchase we were informed they cannot help us at all because it's been more than 60 days even though we have total tech support and they're the ones that diagnose the problem. I guess we won't shop at Best Buy anymore
