Sound was just okay - either too loud or not loud enough

Not a bad product, picture quality is great, the sound is good, but my problem is that it won’t stay connected to my Samsung surround system “ TV ARC mode”. So I’ll stick with my Samsung ultra hd player which is just about the same quality as the Panasonic player!

I have ben paying for Total protection for 4 years. HDMI ports quit working on my monitor but they can't "replicate the issue". Will not renew in august. Buying elsewhere. Massive loss for BB. I was a really good customer, until now.

Mam always told me not to forget to wear protection.

So far looks decent and the Best Buy staff recommended it. We will see how long it lasts.

I have always purchased my electronic products from Best Buy including the protection plan they offer. I would not be without it to provide excellent protection for all my electronics.

I have tried to use the protection plan for cell phone repairs but got the run around to get fixed cause store was not samsung certified repairs, going to make new arrangements with another store and will see what happens...i will update soon

$200 a year for Total Tech membership. Useful to some and some not. If you buy lots of electrinics or a few very expensive electronics it pays for itself with warranties.

Pass through 4k at 120hz. Setting this up and then resetting it up every time it messes up will cost you hours and hours of your life. Have to switch to a different brand that doesn't have so many bugs.

Good benefit for large purchases. The $200 price tag is actually $400.

I always say, "Protect your purchases!" You can never be too safe in these situations, because you never know when you'll need to use it. Don't neglect; protect!

After owning for less than 3 years and spending $700 this monitor has completely crapped out on me. It flickers real bad until it goes dark. It does this after an hour or so of heavy use or just turning it on cold in the morning. Updated firmware and it still happens.

Item need to be returned. It's not operating properly.

I am a totaltech member and have bought over $10k worth of appliances for my new home since we joined. We have only recently purchased our appliances and electronics and haven’t really had the need to use the protection plan yet. That’s why I am only giving it a 4star.

they advertise 24 months on purchases made on best buy, but that is ONLY true if you renew the subscription for a second year, so really it is only a year for what i purchased. felt this was somewhat misleading. took a LOT of effort to get support on an item i bought, and took weeks before they could schedule a fix.

They ask too many questions now and not easy to deal with them, them just work therr
