Total Tec is gone, and it’s changed not worth it

However, they have taken out all of the valuable perks and benefits that the membership once used to have

Make sure the manufacturer has a good warranty and buy that item with that in mind. If your Item goes out they will not refund it back to your payment device EVEN IF IT IS A BESTBUY CREDIT CARD. They will not tell you it is out of stock and so you will be stuck buying something else that you do not want.

You still have to pay for repairs and service for faulty equipment. Does not cover manufacturer warranty. Save your money.

I used to have the 5 yr coverage with no copay on my appliances through you, now I have this useless crap. Will most likely cancel Total Tech support just for this reason and the fact that y'all can and have changed what's included, terms and conditions, etc several times since I've signed up. HATE IT.
