Don’t buy the new total scam that’s replacing total tech. They dropped the price and all the best features of it. Junk now and fighting with them for refund of a product that was swapped and had to buy another one so I wouldn’t have to wait 2-3 more weeks before having a working product

Thus far it is a great plan to have. I hope to be using it much more in the future.

Since I've bought the printer it's been a pain. Getting it installed was a hassle. Called HP and was on the phone for about 3 hours. If it's not used daily, screen freezes and have to restart it all the time.

Worthless if you have it with Totaltech, as the Totaltech membership is nearly useless from a customer service standpoint, the extra protection is a nightmare to deal with because that's just who Best Buy is now.

Don't waste your time with the geek squad or the consultants. once they get the sale it is impossible to reach them if they don't finish the service. this service still has not been performed

I purchased the plan which cost $200.00 for 1 year and when I needed to use it I was sent to an IT tech in another country which I couldn't understand and when they performed services they couldn't fix my problem and made my computer worse. It's too much money for very poor service i dont recommend it.

Not worrh it anymore . Tv installation use to be included and now its not youre only getting extended time on returns

Was super excited as this monitor is a new release and perfectly fit my needs, but faulty panel and would not turn on. Considered troubleshooting and keeping it, but could not justify at $800 and returned.

Started to make extreme noise right and Monthly Best Buy Protection for 24 months doesn't cover it! Will never buy printers from Best Buy again!

I called geek squad for a repair, and they would not go by until I contacted the manufacturer to try and repair. This is not what I expected from BestBuy, so beware of this protection plan.

I had to return this monitor due to defective screen. Best buy wasnt helpful in getting an exhange instead saying something about me scamming them. Like how in the world am I scamming when Im exchanging at the store. This is ridiculous!

For repairs I do not recommend it but to make an exchange

This is a worthless value. One can just use the manufacture warranty

It's good for 4 months, then started to have different issues, very disappointed.

Total Tech Support is terrible. I received a damaged product, exchanged it and now have lost the 24 month extended coverage. After 4 chat sessions and 10 phone calls, no one in tech support can fix this.

Worst protection plan ever! Over 1 month to get anything fixed. Delay of service. Both store and 1800 number are useless in the matter of issue.

I bought my first one of these 360's and had to return it. Then I exchanged it for another one, and now I am getting ready to return it and get the Escort Passport and save $$$
