With how the device is made and the fact I have little ones I knew I needed a protection plan...the ease of my monthly charge being deducted monthly from my account and the help from the associate (Allison) encouraged me to do so

The Geek Squad has cleaned two pc's and updated two PC's with the latest hard drives. The price for the support has increased by 80 dollars and right now it's not affordable.

Geek squad protection has always been good to my family's phone needs. It's a little difficult to get to who you need to talk to when calling but other than that they've been good

I have been using best buy protection plans for years and have used them on several occasions. Worth every dollar spent on the plan. Service was quick and hassle free. Definitely recommend getting a protection plan on your products.

This was a smart phone issue where I needed service NOW! Available in store online or over the phone I was treated with a very timely response and ALL of my problems were resolved by a very friendly courteous staff.

Thankfully, I did not require the insurance services that were reasonable. I purchased this for peace of mind in case I needed it. I feel it was worth the price....

I purchased this plan for my new Samsung - Galaxy S6 Edge 32gb. I haven't had any issues thus far that would require me to use the protection plan, but I am secure in knowing that when something does happen to my phone, I am protected!

Every time I have had a need to use the protection plan from Best Buy I was so glad I had purchased it. I will always get the plan for anything I need to protect.

If you can afford to purchase the geeks squad warranty, buy it! My husband cracked his phone 2 days after it was bought and they replaced it for $0. The Rep was so nice that my hard-to-please husband was so impressed.

Everyone has a different option for insurance, and they are all around the same price. However not everyone offers a same day replacement phone like best buy being able to give you a loaner until you receive your replacement handset

Transaction smooth as i was expecting it, the reward pionts is a joke, i really don't care abouth reward points that's is a wasting time for the customers

I had this service but I never used. I guess it's good to have but I felt in the end I paid for this service and neve used it.

After spending so much money on a nice cell phone it is important to have some type of insurance in case of damage. Best Buys Geek Squad seems like a fair price for this.

I dropped the verizon insurance in favor of this, because of the ease of use and that you can use it more than once in a year, although I hope to never have to.

From previous experience, I've needed to utilize my service plan in the past for a defective phone. Best Buy made it easy to get a phone replacement once they determined that it was not functioning properly.

Have had this on multiple different electronics and never had an issue with getting items fixed or replaced. Definitely recommend this.

I love my protection plan from Geek Squad. I love knowing that I am protected when things happen that are out of your control and you can get a replacement phone quickly. They are easy to talk to and work with.
