I had this coverage on my S4 when there was just a monthly fee and no deductible. Now there's a deductible (fee varies on model) When I compared it to the Verizon insurance it just wasn't worth it anymore. Verizon sends a replacement overnight whereas Best Buy says 3 days for a replacement. Best Buy store associates also told me they give you a NEW phone however when I did have a claim I received a refurbished product. It still worked but was misled. Best Buys plan did not cover lost or stolen unless you paid an additional fee. Water damage was also listed as "spills" I didn't want to take the chance of arguing over how much water or how it got wet if I ever did get water damage. That seemed a little vague and subject to too much interpretation. When considering insurance do your homework and READ THE FINE PRINT

Such a piece of mind to know I am covered in case of an accident with my phone, I am always dropping it, so far no cracks but if it does crack I am covered

I've had to deal with Geek Squad before and they have come through every time so getting some protection for such an expensive investment(Galaxy S8+) was a no brainer!

I always get black tie protection when I get a new phone. Easily the best warranty for phones. Covers cracked screens for only $8 a month.

I purchased this phone for my son. So far, it has been the best cell phone that I have ever purchased. We were luck to gotten it, according to the sale person this was the last one.

My phone broke less than 24 hours after I bought it and the geek squad were very helpful in helping me to replace my phone.

Thank goodness for a protection plan at a reasonable cost. So much better to deal with the Geek Squad in store than having to deal with other providers online or on phone.

Great Insurance in case you mess up your phone. Had it on a previous phone and just transferred it over. Highly recommended that you get one for any phone that you purchase.

This was probably operator error on my part, but I thought this included phone insurance for lost. I lost my phone, it was not covered. I still owed six months on the phone. I was very disappointed that I had no credit towards another phone and still had to pay off the list one. However, as I said, this was probably my error/confusion regarding what coverage I thought I was buying.

I purchased this extra protection for my cell phones, hopefully I never have to use it. It is reassuring to know my item is covered by Geek Squad none the less

Great product!!! You can never be to safe rather than sorry. If I break my phone it is great to know I can get another one with out paying the huge purchase prices!!!
