I prefer this to the junk offered by the cell company. Best buy protection is more comprehensive and less expensive

The Geek Squad protection is in store and seems better than the Verizon plan which is by mail. I will find out if I ever need to have service.

I dropped a phone into a toilet once and called Best Buy. They replaced the phone quickly and easily. Their protection is second to none.

Always get some kind of protection for your phone! This is the lower level that does not include theft or loss.

I love knowing if my son drops his phone, loses or has his phone stolen that it's covered. And the coverage is so much better than the phone companies.

I've never purchased insurance, and never needed it for a phone before. With the S8, the price is approaching $800 - I figured it was worth having.

A little better than the Verizon plan. Except deductible is a little high at $200. Better than not having a plan when the phone cost $870 to replace.

Only kept this service until we got a really good Lifeproof case for the phone. Aside from that, their service is really good when it comes to smartphones.

Haven't needed to use it yet, but had to in the past on a couple other products and it was well worth it.
