Finicky charger

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When it connects properly it works fine, but there's this weird and kind of unnecessarily narrow Goldilox window where the charger will give the solid light of active charging. If you're even a millimeter off it'll do the partial charge flashing light that is really annoying and heats up my phone like nothing else in trying to get a solid connection to charge.

Perfect for the truck!

Something that would be easy to move around but also stay put. The non slip buttons on the bottom kept it from sliding all over my dash. Im not even sure this was intended as a fearture but it works!

(I have to take my phone out of the case but it’s still nice to have it charge just by setting it down and then I can pick it up and put it back down without having to unplug it each time.)

Complete rip-off

Best Buy sent prepaid shipping label for me to ship back for refund. Item was received back at Best Buy but they said no refund would be issued because items were missing. I went round and round with Best Buy for a month so i did a chargeback with my credit catd company to get my money back. It is currently under investigation but i will be reimbursed. What a complete nightmare this has been! I will never buy anything from Best Buy again!
