nice charging case

(theres an apple chip in the case)

Not great but not terrible

Gets hot and struggles to charge

Not what I expected

I left my house at 7:30 this morning with a 74% battery & at 9am my phone is still stuck on 86% with 1 light left on the case. I don’t know if maybe I got a defective case but my brother who has the same phone & case has the same problem. Anybody else have this problem? Is there another option for a mophie case for the XS??

I still gave it a 5 star rating because I've used a mophie case for years. They are well made and worth the money.

Not very efficient

Connectivity, features, capacity, and design are nice. However, I did not find this battery to be efficient in charging an iPhone X. Item was returned and I am using the Apple Smart Battery case for the iPhone Xs.
