It becomes weaker and weaker to use as each month progresses. it's not worth the money to spend on this. Sometimes, the phone cannot even charge with it on. It begins to take longer to charge, less charging power for the phone, and it gets hot. Eventually, your phone will begin to mess up, need to stay on the original charger longer, and it will make your phone hot. It's not worth buying. Save your money and buy a portable battery pack instead. These will last fives times longer than the mophie case. It's a nice case and you will get compliments on it, but you will not like it after three months.

Case looks nice but the protection is very bad. I had an otter box and dropped phone several times with no issues. I dropped phone with this case and now have a hairline crack in the corner of my iphone 5. I also lost reception (at least one bar) and most of the time I need to take the case off to make a call. Speakers on front are a plus and really help the sound. Having the extra battery life is the best feature the case offers and it definately does the job and is really the main reason I purchased this case

Got this one for my wife. She loves the color and the overall lool and feel, and she really loves the utility of extra power when on the go. Hower, she dropped the phone and the glass shattered. Given the price and lack of protection to the front screen edges I recommend you spend your money on somethong else.

Got this and was expecting a lot out of it. Im a power user of my iphone SE. And after three uses it only charged my iphone 65-71 percent. Not 120%. I have a battery bank thats thin and light that works better for 5$ no joke.

I love having the extra protection and extra battery but this case causes the microphone to drop in and out while I'm speaking to callers. I just take the bottom of the case off when I talk. Also hate the earbud plug extender you must use to use headphones.

When I first attached it the pack charged the phone, but when leaving the case on it began to randomly cut on and off and would interfere with apps when it does. When charging the unit and phone together it took a lot longer than I expected and the mophie never seemed to get fully charged. My hope had been to use this as a case not just a charger, but have found that I don't like the extra weight, and interference with my phone. Instead I just use it as an extra charger, for that the cost does not justify the gain.

Great case not a great battery! It heats up the phone pretty bad because there is no where for the heat to go

Over all I wouldn't buy it again it protects the phone but when you go to turn it on it starts vibrating have to turn it off most of the time

This is a great durable case, but for a charger it is only so so. The charging battery does not seen to last for a long rune as des obey

Does not stay charged as long as they say it will. Also extended battery gets very hot when turned on to charge regular battery.

This case quit working shortly after buying. Would charge phone when switched off at times. Then stopped charging phone no matter which position the switch was in and then stopped receiving charge. I must say that it is a sturdy protective case and that is what we have been using it as. Just pricey for a protective case only. I only paid $25 out of pocket because I used BB points but I could have used that $50 plus $25 cash on other things that would still be functional.

We returned hoping that our first case had a product defect. We tried the second one in the store and same problem---phone buttons all work fine. Skip this one and get the 80% charge Mophie--buttons are open and no similar problems. Good news is that the customer service and return process is hassle free.

When I Purchased this product I was told that will give another extra 100% battery....Well, that never happened to me since the case only gave me at least 67%

Supposedly this gives you an additional 100% charge for your iphone. I take my phone down to 10% and click the mophie on. The best I have made it to on a full mophie charge is 60%. Also please note when the Mophie is charging your phone, the battery gets really hot. In my opinion not worth 100 bucks.

I got this for my granny and she loved it, it kept her not having to hook the cord up while she was playing her mobile slots apps. After a while though the case kept coming apart at the indentions where it locks into place, that's totally unacceptable.

Purchased this as a replacement to the helium model. It said it was compatible with the iPhone 5 & 5s, however, it was such a tight fit that it scratched the phone. I would recommend the older helium over the air.

It was great at first, but I have only had this for just over a month and it won't charge at all anymore. For how much these cost, I expected a little bit more longevity. I will not purchase one again.

I wanted to have a back-up for my I-Phone since power is not always available when my phone battery goes low. This case functions well, but was too bulky and heavy for everyday use.

The product was awesome when it worked. After about a year the battery started to lose its ability to keep a change and now it does nothing.

This is the 3rd time I brought one and hope it would work. Negative! The case did not fit my phone properly and it took two days to charge at 100%. Very disappointed.
