I only review i have on this product is that it takes so long to charge up and the battery dies out quickly on the pack but i wouldn’t waste my money on this again i rather go to Amazon and buy a battery pack for my phone and it will be less cheaper

I have used Mophie Juice Packs on my iPhones for years and they’ve always been reliable.

Second time I ordered for a New item to pick up at store and I received a used one, not cool. Check the items before give it to the clients, I may order on amazon next time.

but it doesnt allow earpods via usb so its being returned. i dont want to have to buy airpods just to listen to music.

Used it for about a year suddenly today. Hold to no charge.

It takes forever to charge even in room temperature it strugles to charge and it was a very expensive case

Great product Protect’s phone helps keep battery charged always solid

After just a couple of weeks it has stopped working.

Purchased the 1st Mophie on February 11, 2025. March 24, 2025 purchased a second as the 1st on no longer charged. April 16, 2025 2nd one no longer charges. WILL NOT purchase another Mophie product. Waste of money.

Did not charge and I couldn’t return it since I lost my receipt and now I’m stuck with the case that was $100 waste of money

Product stopped charging after less than a month. First time having an issue with a mophie product, but it is dissapointing paying premium price for low quality.

Item is no longer turning on even though it says it is charged

I love mophie products. I already own several of their cables, chargers, batteries, and MagSafe charging stands. Their quality is just as good as anything that Apple sells. I had never used a battery case for my iPhone before, but when I saw this one I decided to give it a try, because the battery on my iPhone 15 Pro Max does not last as long as the battery on my 13 Pro Max did. With this case, I can be away from home all day and I don't have to worry about bringing a separate battery with me. But this case is not perfect. First of all, the material is smooth and very slippery. I have to be careful to not drop the phone when I'm holding it. My previous case had a textured surface that was much easier to hold onto. Secondly, the raised area around the 3 cameras is not high enough. So it's possible to damage the cameras if you drop the phone at a certain angle. Those are the reasons I can only give this case 4 stars. I was also going to say that it is overpriced at the original price of $100, but I see that they have dropped the price to $50. At the new price, it’s a great deal.

It fits good, and seems to protect the phone. As far as the battery goes, it does charge the phone once. It does support data communication through the USB port as in CarPlay. The downside to this battery is it cannot be charged with magsafe products so if you have a charger in your vehicle or home chargers for this, dont waste your money.

I purchased a case about a month ago and it’s already stopped charging the button in the back won’t light up unless you already have it plugged into a power cable and then it lights up it’ll charge but as soon as you unplug it, the lights go out so you don’t don’t know what your battery status is it worked excellent up till then
