Good size; fast charging; lightning cable awkward

I can carry it in my pocket with my phone. integrated lightning cable connector tucks away nicely - good capacity- charges my iPhone X and then some Cons - the lightning cable is pretty rigid- it doesn't have a lot of give when its rotated and using your phone while its plugged in is a little awkward - charges by microUSB. I will always ding this- everything should USB-C at this point. microUSB is flimsy and hard to use.

Awesome Mobile Battery

I have used the LimeAde and Jackery brands mostly since I can remember owning a smartphone. I decided to make the switch to Mophie because I really liked the ultra slim and sleek look of the pack, super portable, and the reviews on how it lasts long and recharges quickly. I love it. I definitely recommend making the switch if you are using other brands.

Faulty equipment, maybe?

I charged it before I went on vacation for 5 days so I could use it of need be. When it was time to use it, for some reason it didn't work. I don't know if it lost its charge or if it never charged or if it was a faulty bank. Either way it didn't work when I needed it to.
