Small and sleek but packs a punch
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Here is my review for the Mophie Powerstation Wireless Slim 15W Powerbank Battery Pack.: The whole battery pack feels very premium, it’s got a nice weight to it, but not heavy. It charges my phone as fast as any wireless charger I’ve ever used. The battery pack itself is about the exact thickness as my iPhone 15, one of the nice things about it, on top of everything else, is that it attaches to the back of my phone with a very strong magnet, I don’t have to worry about the battery pack falling off that easily. A USB-C cable comes included in the box to charge your battery pack, overall for its features and the price I say it’s very well worth it and I’m very happy with it. At 5000mAh, it should charge your phone from 0 to 100%. As an example, my iPhone 15 has a battery capacity of 3,349mAh. Newer and bigger phones have a bigger battery capacity, but either way this should provide a hefty charge when you need it. At the bottom of the battery pack, it has a little button that when you press it, it will turn on some lights to let you know how much charge you have left.

Great portable charger and great design
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tend to charge my phone often whenever I'm out and about and I usually carry around a battery pack to charge my phone. Ever since switching to the iPhone, I was always curious and ready to try out the Magsafe feature of it. This hasn't disappoint me at all. I even tried a different one prior to this and that one tends to overheat a bit but this one is different. First of all, it looks absolutely premium. The steel feel and finish feels very robust and protected. The magsafe is pretty strong too so I don't worry about this falling off or anything. It does scratch a bit. It's like your usual stainless steel type scratching but it feels heavy duty so I wouldn't worry too much about that. The lowprofile look is super clean. The charging capacity is pretty accurate. I find that I can charge my phone from low 20% to 80% in a regular amount of time. Nothing too fast, but the battery pack can easily handle that and there's usually some leftover too. You can technically use it to charge other devices too with the USB-C in case you're in a pinch and you have to use it.

Fantastic wireless power Bank
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This power Bank is great for on the go and if you have an iPhone 12 or newer. You could use it with Android phones like the pixel 10 series since it's Qi2 as well with no case or the Samsung Galaxy S25 series but with a case since it supports the Qi2 ready. With my iPhone 16 pro it works as intended not blocking anything. On my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra it fits awkwardly where it blocks the telephoto lens very slightly but it works. My only gripe is that it's only 5000mah battery capacity but it's small size makes up for that. It will fill my iPhone once and my S25 Ultra about 80% of the way . It also has a USB C port to charge the device itself though you can also use it to charge devices as well at 20 watts. The wireless speeds is 15 watts. It is also backwards compatible so you can use it charging older devices if you have a case that you added magnets to it or already has it but that would be charging at 7.5 watts. Overall this is a great power Bank for on the go if you don't want to carry a heavy one and no wires.

You're Getting Warmer...
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mophie has created a handy little battery bank that has some things I appreciate, and one area of concern. First, I applaud the overall quality. This battery is very well built, aesthetically pleasing, secure, not overly heavy, and fits perfectly on my iPhone 17 Pro. The combination of the slim form factor and the matching iPhone width make it easy to hold and use the phone, at least for a couple minutes, with the battery attached. I also used this on a Pixel 10 Pro Fold and the dimensions are not exact, plus that phone is thicker, so it's less of a positive experience holding and using that device. I'm not saying this is a negative, as device sizes vary. It is just something to be aware of. The device itself looks quite nice and is a solid build. Nothing about it seems cheap or flimsy. I would not call it lightweight, but it isn't what I would call hefty, and it certainly isn't bulky. The magnet is strong and has held securely to both of my devices. No issues with the pack moving or detaching. I am very pleased with this feature. The Qi2 certification is nice, but the 15W charging power is underwhelming. This isn't going to charge devices with any degree of quickness. It's on the lower end of average when it comes to charging speed. The 5000mAh size doesn't quite take many phones from 0 to fully charged, but that's also not the intent of the pack. This isn't designed to be a powerhouse. It's there to help get you through the day when you need a little extra juice. Now to the area of concern that I've foreshadowed a bit. The heat. This thing consistently gets uncomfortably HOT when charging my devices. I literally cannot hold my phone with the battery attached after about 2 to 3 minutes. Even when I'm not using the phone, and just letting the battery charge my device, it is hot. Now it does get warm when charging the battery pack itself, but nothing like when using the battery to charge my phones. I don't know if this is a widespread issue, but for me it has been each and every time. I have not noticed and warping, bulging, or leaking of the pack but this is by FAR the hottest any battery pack I've ever used has gotten. Something to be mindful of for sure. Given the slow charging time and heat issue, I would have a hard time recommending this particular battery pack. I'm a fan of Mophie products in general, but this item falls a bit short for me.

A thin and powerful battery pack
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A phone with a dead battery is useless, and with everyone more reliant on their phones than ever, the battery is the most important component of the phone. If you have access to a power outlet when your battery runs low, that’s not a problem, but otherwise a fading battery meter can inspire panic. A quick search for battery packs for phones on Best Buy yields 175 results, so how do you choose? The new mophie Powerstation Wireless Slim power bank is a 15W MagSafe battery pack that attaches to the back of your phone and charges on contact. A strong magnet holds it in place, and it’s slim enough to continue using the phone as you normally would while charging. That’s the key reason to consider this one—its slim profile allows you to easily carry it with you and use your phone while charging, not requiring you to change your workflow at all. Using the Powerstation Slim couldn’t be easier. Simply align it with the MagSafe circle on the back of your phone and that’s it! Your phone will show the charging indicator as normal. The battery pack is rated to provide one full charge to your phone, so you’re not going to be using this as a replacement power supply for days on end, but it will definitely get you out of a bind when your phone is about to die. A battery pack this thin and light is one that will easily be with you when you need it, instead of always being left behind because it’s too big and heavy. Charging speed is comparable to what you’d get with your phone’s wired charger. In addition to charging magnetically, there’s also a USB-C port and a charging cable for devices that don’t adhere to the Qi2 magnetic charging standard. You can even use the USB-C port while a phone is charging magnetically, allowing you to charge 2 devices at once! I didn’t try this feature, so I’m not sure what would be the impact on charging time or capacity. While I was recharging the battery pack, I wondered how I could tell when it was fully charged. There’s no display window showing the charge level, but then I discovered a small button on the end of the battery pack and 4 small LED lights showing the charge level in 25% increments. The mophie Powerstation Wireless Slim battery pack does its job well, and comes in a form factor that makes it easy to take with you wherever you go. It’s slim enough to use while charging, meaning you don’t have to wait until your phone is charged up before using it. It is extremely well built, which makes it look good even while attached to your phone. It’s a little more expensive than other similar mophie products, but its slimness, ease of use, and multiple charging options make it the one to beat.

Decent replacement for power brick
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Historically I have recharged my phone in emergency situations or on the go via a power brick, one of those things that can regard a device 2 or three times on a single charge and they're portable and convenient for those on the go. But in this day and age they're all too big to carry comfortably. That is where the Mophie Powerstation Wireless Slim 15W Qi2 Certified Power Bank comes in. While not using it can fully charge your phone without issue even if you have a pro max model. And since we know it's not feasible to put your phone down long enough for it to fully charge, I tested this power bank and its effeciency charging my 16 Pro Max while I was using it. In 1 hour it went from 50% to 80% while I was using it to talk and text simultaneously. In that 1 hour the power bank used half its stored power so I'm sure it could have charged the phone to 100% even while in use. The only down side was that the charger got very warm while in use. It didn't burn me but there are many with sensitive skin who should be aware that this battery/charger does get hot while in use.

It works...
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being that this was made by Mophie, I had high hopes for this item. Unfortunately I was not super impressed with it. I used this on a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with a magsafe case. The first issue I had with this charger is how warm it got. It was very uncomfortable to use while it was on or keep in your pocket due to the heat. It also charged fairly slow. After being on the phone for an hour, it had used 2 bars of its storage and only gave me 10% more battery life. The second time I used it, I got slightly better results. I was able to increase my battery life by 20% in a similar timeframe. I will note I was periodically using my phone during that time. As expected, it also makes the phone a little clunky to hold when it is attached. Someone with a smaller phone or a larger hand may not share that same struggle that I did however. Overall, it does work, and it could be a good option in a pinch. I just do not see myself using it frequently; mostly due to the heat. Results could differ with other phones

Too hot, but at least it looks nice
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to love this power bank because the design is honestly great. It’s very slim, looks nice, and feels really good in your hand. It has a sleek, premium feel that makes it easy to carry around without adding bulk, and it’s one of those chargers you don’t mind having out on your desk or tossing into a bag when you’re on the go. Unfortunately, the performance was disappointing for me. The heat dissipation is not good at all. Within about 30 minutes of charging, my phone became extremely hot, to the point where I had to pull my hand away. In that same amount of time, my brand new phone only charged about 15 percent, while the battery pack itself dropped to around 50 percent. That level of heat and battery drain felt very inefficient, especially for a Qi2 certified wireless charger advertised at 15W. While the look and feel are definitely there, the excessive heat and slow charging make this hard to rely on as an everyday power bank, which is ultimately what I needed it for.
