    This unit is fantastic! Problem with it is the instruction sheet is terrible. They have changed the programming for this unit. Holding the button on the side does not provide any useful purpose now. Instead the unit defaults to a blinking indicator that is illuminated for 26 blinks of the LED. It will go dark for 5-secs. and then restart the LED sequence for only (1) cycle. You need have a USB type-C charger, and the correct type of USB type C cable - with full data / power capabilities. Otherwise the unit will be unable to recognize how it should operate. The proper USB-C charger, and proper full feature USB-C cable allows continuous display of the LED. Well there's your problem!

    Great power charger. I, was at a concert and charged my phone and two of my friends phones with no problem. My only issue, is that it’s very bulky, compared to my last mophie portable charger. I, wouldn’t trade for nothing thou. Don’t forget to recharge it for your next event. Satisfied customer!

    Works great, fast charging and multiple phone charges too. It really is not very heavy. Comes with a small/short USBa - USBc cord to charge from any standard USB jack charger, however the cord is so small it isn't really that useful. It would have been nice if this came with a wall outlet charge option.

    I use this to power my Sony FX3 when I am doing long recordings. The usb c outputs enough power to completely power the camera for overnight recordings when I don't have access to an outlet giving me around 11-12 hour record time counting the onboard battery.

    Charger works fantastic--it's a little heavy, but a long charging life is the tradeoff. My only complaint is it's difficult to figure out if it's charging when you plug it in as the charging lights don't stay lit--you have to press the button to see if it's charging or fully charged. First time I plugged it in I thought because there were no charging lights flashing I thought it wasn't charging.
