    Maybe I just had my expectations to high. In my opinion, for its price point it charges the iPhone X way to slow. I would recommend getting a much cheaper battery pack and just plug a Qi charger into that.

    The product did not work when it was tried two weeks . Best Buy would not do anything. I was told it was too late. Fortunately, Mophie stands behind there products. They sent me a new one and I am to send back the one I purchased. Thank you Mophie.

    Not too happy with the product.. I haven’t gotten a full charge from the wireless with my iphone . It seems as if it just shuts down at 80%. It doesn’t give you a full charge.. but i guess its ok.

    I hate to report poor results but after having high hopes for this unit it has become confused with should i charge myself or the phone? it worked ok to start. charged the brick then it charged the phone. tricky finding the right spot to place the phone. 4 lites on the side to show brick charge level. flashing light at the base keeps flashing. the phone starts to charge then quits, never fully charges?
