Great family game it is a little violent but it depends on family rules and age

The character models look fuzzy, but the backgrounds look decent. The graphics wouldn't usually be a dealbreaker to me, since you expect sacrifices to be made to get this playable on the Switch. But MK11 is a beautiful game on Xbox One and PS4, but on the Switch, it can be ugly. A much bigger issue is the network problem. This game' rewards and progression are tied to their online servers. So, if you're not connected online (easy since its a portable console), you can not see any rewards until you reconnect. Tower modes aren't playable without an internet connection at all. If you have a connection and you're able to play, don't put your console to sleep, because you get disconnected and have to start over. I suppose this is something they can fix with a patch, but it's still frustrating nonetheless. Given the choice to purchase this game again, I would have picked it up on PS4. Again, this game plays great and there's something amazing about playing a modern Mortal Kombat game on a handheld, but the frustrating network issues make it a tough recommendation, especially ay $60.

The ol' school super Nintendo game we all remember has been reinvented! Amazing graphics, more combo moves, has a new dated story line, and different ways to play. You can play the story mode, fight through towers of fighter, play others online, get treasures with money, or practice in training with each character to learn their moves. It is very graphic and bloody but the combos are awesome!

It’s a great game. I bought this for a trip and played it on the plane. Was totally a good time killer. Campaign was surprisingly great. The game looks like crap on the Switch though. That’s to be expected. If you play it handheld, it’s easy to overlook. The moment you dock it, it’s not good looking at all. Overall, great fun, and I would recommend it if the Switch is your only console in your home.

I've played MK11 on the PS4, but let's face it, it's graphically going to not be as good on the Switch. Game speed lags sometimes when playing. With that being said, I thoroughly enjoyed playing it on the Switch on the go. It's a fun game to play when waiting for a bus or passing time. It has the same characters and gameplay I experienced on the PS4. Recommend if you are a fan of the MK series!!

Finally getting to play this on my switch has been quite a relief an easily addictive game for the daily grind of acquiring new skins etc. Each time I log in for new towers definitely has loads of repayable assets love this game as a whole! Definitely would recommend this modern fighter to most fighting game enthusiasts!

As a kid I always like playing the original. Great quality and very fun to play still at my age.

There is so much to this game that we still haven't discovered. I ended up purchasing the annual Nintendo membership to play with relatives online. There are so many cool characters and different moves, it will keep you entertained for sure! Graphics are soo cool and traditionally gory.
