The revamped graphics and colrs are just amazing! I've been playing Mortal Kombat since it first came out in the 90's and I am just blown away! The characters, both new and old are tons of fun to play, and the fight sequences are awesome.

Dont be fooled by reviews claiming nintendo switch port is not up to the challenge. MK 11 runs smooth and it is portable. Developers keep updating the game and bringing new fighters to the arena THIS IS A MUST OWN fighting game for switch

While not as graphically appealing as on other stronger platforms, the game certainly looks good enough. The main thing being the game play is in tact and a great brawler. There were some missteps at launch with how you earn points but many of these have been fixed with recent patches. Enjoy!

It's amazing how they captured the essence of MK11 into a portable system. Gameplay is perfect. Of course it won't look like the versions on the bigger systems. Docked a star because you need to be online all the time to grind for progress. Also, it can be a bit buggy as it crashes from time to time.

Have not fully played through yet, but the graphics, story, and gameplay are all amazing so far. Been a long time MK fan so I absolutely love the game, but this game is great for anyone.

MK11 is an awesome game regardless of what platform you play it on. However, being able to take it on the go without sacrificing any core aspect of the game is amazing! It runs very well on the Switch and I'm definitely impressed.

Mortal kombat has come a long way, and the game mechanics have definitely grown up. Gameplay is fast and fluid, and graphics look great on the switch (maybe not as nice as the other platforms, but still good)

Had the Xbox version and saw this game with all the great graphics. Sadly the switch version isn’t as good but on the switch lite you can play this game on the run. It’s still a fun game and probably one of the best fighter games around right now.

I remember playing Mortal Combat 2 on Super Nintendo. I’ve played this game on PS4, but needed a system that was a little more mobile. The game is awesome for it being on the switch and doesn’t disappoint.

Mortal Kombat 11 is the best Mortal Kombat ever . The graphics are amazing and the finishes are ridiculous. The characters are awesome and the gameplay is so smooth. This is a must have for any Mortal Kombat fan.

A full fledged Mortal kombat on the go. Say no more. Already a great game on the PS4/Xbox one and now is even greater since you can play anywhere.

I have 5 stars because it is not supposed to be as great on Switch as it is on XBox and PlayStation. The graphics are fuzzy but it does perform at a solid frame rate. I believe it’s at 60fps. It’s Mortal Kombat and nothing was left out. Long gone are the Super Nintendo days of releasing Mortal Kombat. Only older gamers will know what I’m referring too. Lol

The Switch version of MK11 is not bad by any means, but it is definitely subpar to other platforms. The game runs well. In my opinion, this is more important than resolution, but the graphics lead something to be desired when compared to other platforms. Microtransactions and bugs are everywhere, hopefully they fix the latter soon (I'm not so hopeful about the Micros being more consumer friendly). I would only get this version if you already have it on another platform or if you have no other option. I strictly bought this game so I can play MK11 on the go, and it hasn't disappointed me there. The game runs well in portable mode and the Switch continues to impress me in that respect.

I think it's amazing that this game can run on the Switch at all. The gameplay is absolutely fantastic and the framerate is always 60 FPS. However, while the fights themselves look amazing, the cutscenes are absolutely terrible in this version. They look like the PS4 graphics, but they're SO pixelated on a TV and I've noticed a lot of brief moments when the audio and cutscenes stopped for maybe half a second before resuming. It really takes you out of the game. The cutscenes from Mortal Kombat 9 on Xbox 360 actually look better than 11 on Switch, which is a little disappointing. But you don't play games for cutscenes, you play them for gameplay and the gameplay here is just as good as on any other platform. And you can take it anywhere. And there are a lot of microtransactions, which I'm not a fan of.

My husband bought this to play with our son.....While the graphics and game play are great, be warned that it is very gory. Lots of extreme violence so not for younger children!! Still a great game.

This is the first Mortal Kombat I have had in several years. There are a lot more moves then I can remember. Bad part is having such a large download when you first play it.

The game looks pretty good for being in a handheld system. Yes there is downgrade on the graphics, but it does take away from the gameplay. Highly recommend for people practicing on the road.

Picked this up on Xbox One X and then later on Switch to have a portable version. Requires a large 20GB download and additional patch but looks and plays great after a recent update.

Best way to experience MK11 on the go giving you a full console experience in the palm of your hands. It runs just as fluid as the Xbox one and ps4 versions a worthy investment.
