Loving mk11 so far. MKX was awesome and this new one delivers. Fighting is the best its ever been and the story mode is great again. The grinding is a bit much but still and awesome game.

Mortal Kombat 11 does a lot of things really well. The graphics, presentation, attention to detail, and general production quality are all top-notch. The game features a solid amount of single-player content, including a decent story mode, which is lacking in many fighting games. The developers did a lot of the "little things" really well, including the huge amount of character dialogue intros before each match. It's clear this game was a labor of love from the developers. However, the actual fighting still feels "clunky" as it has in previous installments. There's just something about the animations that, while visually attractive, don't feel fluid a lot of the time. Bottom line is that if you're a fan of the series, you'll find plenty to like here. However, if you're someone that hasn't been a fan of the fighting engine in previous games, don't expect that to change with this title.

MK 11 is a solid game. A little expensive, but a fun game either way. The story mode is good. Fatalities are always fun too.

This is another great game in the series as it brings back familiar characters and several new ones to the roster. NetherRealm usually delivers on the story as they have been and it is fun, but I would say only one playthough. Some chapters have two different characters you can play as, but not much changes other than dialogue. The gameplay has changed quite a bit: matches have slowed down, no X-rays but instead krushing blows and fatal blows, and you can customize characters now. Although, not to the extent of Injustice 2, each character has three customizable slots and skins you can choose from. A lot of the skins are simply different colors. It now includes an extensive tutorial to help you understand the fundamentals and advance your skills. The krypt is a nice addition in which you play in third person and walk around opening chests for new fatalities, brutalities, gear, et cetera. Gameplay being the most important thing in a fighting game, I will say more about it. Meter works differently as there are two for offensive and another two for defensive. Offensive can be used to amplify moves for more damage or to extend a combo; defensive is used for wake-up attacks, rolling, and breaking away from a combo in midair. Other mechanics do use use both so you have to be weary and keep an eye on the meter when you want to spend it. Fatal blows which are the new X-rays are not available until your health is at about 30% and are basically there for you to be able to make a comeback. The gameplay within a match does feel like it has slowed down, but I would it is for the better. In a way, it forces you to not mash buttons and be smart about when and how to approach your opponent.

I love MK the graphics was on point. Love the story and the characters. Now its time to wait for a few more characters to jump back into the game. Its good MK to start with.

If you’ve played previous mortal Kombat games you know what this is all about. The graphics are excellent and the developers seem to outdo themselves with each iteration. I do wish they included more characters in the base game. The base game includes a good amount of playable characters but the need to have players purchase another DLC to play more characters is getting old. What happened to the days when you could buy a game with all the content included on day one. I’m an old school gamer and sincerely wish developers would stop this practice. Very fun game though!

high quality sequel to MKX, switching to UE4 makes a massive difference in visual quality and the gameplay has been greatly improved, the combos aren’t as big without using double meter but it’s a nice balance to help even out match ups.

Love Mortal Kombat and always have. This installment is no exception. Really enjoy the fighting and the graphics look great. Super fun story mode.

I love the graphics and the story fighting is challenging and fun but replay ability isn’t super high unless you are playing a friend

Mortal Kombat 11 is the best mortal Kombat made in the series don't know how they're going to top this one awesome! graphics! awesome gameplay! Excellent story mode newer ways to pull off fatalities. mortal Kombat is the best to date ( A+ GRAPHICS )

I have always been a fan of the MK world but this is the first MK I have purchased since MK3 back in the mid 90s. This is a nice one to come back to. Graphics are epic, and the story mode is something different, that's for sure. Some of my favorite characters look awesome...way to go, Netherealm!!

I enjoyed this more than MK10. Glad to see more traditional characters back but still missing some fun fighters. MK 9 on PS3 is still my favorite but this one holds its own with graphics and gameplay. However too much grind involved to earn souls, etc. I guess patches improved things a little. Always online is a minus for me -eventually serves will shut down and you can only access certain things online. Overall worth getting on sale. Don’t pay full price - not worth it.

This is the best Mortal Kombat since the original! It seems that time travel and hypothetical stories are the best and this one doesn't miss the mark on having characters confront their future and pasts selves. Really great story and the gameplay is simple yet can be deep. So ANYONE can play it and have fun!

If you are a fan of Mortal Kombat then you will love this game. I would have given it a perfect ten but it doesnt have my favorite character of all time as playable. But the game play is amazing. The graphics? Amazing. I love playing this game. I wish the story was longer but it was really good. You will like it better if you download the additional characters. The new layout of the Krypt is ok. I am not a big fan of that.

MK11 takes everything you loved about the series and ramps it up pass 10. The graphics are amazing. The gameplay is one of the best of the series if not the best and the gore is just unreal. If you're looking for a game that's extremely fun this is the one for you. Buy this game.

The Story mode is really awesome in this game. The fighting is really fun, whether you play in VS with a friend or the Computer. You can unlock new Characters, outfits, and weapons. If you love Mortal Kombat this game is a must to add to your collection.

The story mode, graphics, In game content and customization made it an enjoyable game. Highly recommend to anyone who is a MK fan and does not own a copy yet. The additional content recently added was also worth it.
