I love the form factor of the new Deluxe cabinets, with their riser-less design! The games take me back to the '80s & 90s!!

Perfect in my living space while listening to music in the background or Amazon Prime!!

For anyone considering going the Open Box route from Best Buy's website... I received a damaged unit marked as "Open Box Excellent Condition" - opened the box to see a broken marquee, scratched panels, floating / non secured items, and more... Online customer support is unable or unwilling to take product back and now I'm being directed to return the product to a physical store. I wish this experience was isolated- unfortunately this is the 3rd time in 60 days I've received products from Best Buy's website in conditions other than advertised. Best Buy online support redirects you to a store, store blames online, and we the customers are stuck in the middle physically returning damaged items to their stores. Buyer beware.

So disappointed. This was supposed to be my son’s big Christmas gift. Unpacked box to put together on Christmas Eve and there were FIVE pieces missing. I called customer service, she started an “expedited” claim, three days later, still NO RESPONSE. *circled missing pieces in photos

The adults love this game more than the children! I purchased this item for Christmas for myself because it reminded me of my teenage years. When the item came, I unboxed it and was able to follow the instructions and assemble the arcade game by myself. It took me about 3 hours, but I had the time set aside to accomplish this task. The instructions were very easy to follow. Upon completion of assembly, I linked the game to my internet and began to play. The joy I felt from evading and/or getting caught brought back so many fond memories of when I was good at this game LOL. My wife, and children also enjoy playing from time to time, but what really surprised me, is that my Gen Z grandchildren really like playing it as well. This is an excellent purchase that will give myself and my family many years of enjoyment.

These arcade cabinets are great, and the MKII deluxe version is excellent. A beautiful cabinet that is not that difficult to piece together. I love the choice of games available, and I can see us getting a lot of enjoyment out of it. While I think this product is worthy of five stars, I do have a couple minor issues. 1, I wish the "feet" on the bottom of the cabinet were height-adjustable to level the cabinet properly without having to prop up one or two corners with something else (i.e. cardboard, adhesive felt, etc). 2, I wish the cabinet were a bit heavier. There is a lot of extra space on the inside, I will be adding weight to the bottom of the cabinet to keep it in place during overly excited moments of gameplay. And 3, I like having 2 player head-to-head matchups, but the controls are too close to each other that it gets crowded. All of these issues can be fixed or overlooked with some extra TLC, hence why the rating is still 5 stars.

Great machine and have had a blast playing it. Putting together was simple and did not take too much time at all.

Took about 2 hours to assemble but totally worth it. I feel like I’m at an arcade at my own house! Great games as well (Tapper is my favorite!)

Fantastic cabinet! 14 great classic Midway titles, hours of fun & nostalgia! I bought this cab as my 1st Arcade1Up and i'm anxiously waiting for another cab by them. This is a great purchase if you don't already own any of their other Mortal Kombat cabinets! I would 100% recommend this one! An update fixed the severe input lag, but I would recommend connecting this with an ethernet cable if you can for better online stability.

This arcade machine is awesome. I love that it has so many old midway games and it makes for a great conversation piece. I will say every once and a while it has an issue connecting to my internet which it can give the user a hard time about.

This was an amazing purchase, I bought this for my older brother for his birthday. He grew up playing mortal kombat and was extremely excited when I showed him. He plays it a lot and is struggling to beat the A.I lol but what’s even better is that my nephews like to invite their friends over and all have a little game night with the arcade machine, these are kids that aren’t even 8 years old playing these games that my oldest brother grew up on, it’s given them a chance to connect on a different level then just being father and sons, they get to experience the game that made my brother grow up and adore video games. Truly amazing. I love the purchase.

Purchased this for our game room. Our kids love it. It is a good size for our space. We purchased two regular bar stools that compliments the space. Only complaint was the small scratch we found as we put it together. It was way too big to take back.

Spend over hours playing this!!!! I forgot what it was like to put a controller away and play arcade games with no limits. Worth it, thank u

Easy to assembly, very fun to play. If you are a tall person I recommend to buy one riser too

Easy to put together, great sound, nostalgic graphics. Controls work excellently and all pieces were in excellent condition even though the box itself looked a little worse for wear when it arrived. The instructions were easy to follow and all pieces arrived well measured, holes lined up appropriately. Only needed a hand screwdriver and a lot of elbow grease.

Great Arcade, easy to assemble and we love the selection of games. Made for an awesome birthday gift for our son.
