Picked this game up on release date and was not disappointed. The game is a masterpiece visually and the main story line quest is very well done. The fatalities are pretty intense and test your luck mode is back. It allows you to add modifiers to your fights so that each fight is different and unique.

I have always been a huge Mortal Kom bat fan and finally a game comes along that gets it right. The gameplay is pretty fun and the graphics are crisp and vivid. The combat system is much more complex, but not too difficult for your average gamer. Online play is also really competitive and super fun!

Can't believe it took this long to come out with a new version of Mortal Kombat but it was well worth the wait. The special moves and fatalities are displayed with such gore, insane clarity and killer perfection. Beware those with kids of young ages. It may be a little scary for kids faint of heart.

Played the latest Mortal Kombat after about 15 years. Last time I played was on Sega Genesis!! Yet, it took about 15 minutes for all the controls and flow to come flooding back. Awesome responsive controls, fluid gameplay and impressive graphics - all point to a game that oozes fun and excitement.

Brutal x-ray moves and fatalities, much improved mechanics and environments, and new characters make this the best Mortal Kombat to date. The story line isn't great and is a little at odds with the good old one on one fighting but is fun to sample many of the characters fighting styles.

I am not a Mortal Kombat veteran like other people but I got this for my wife and I cus she wanted to play it. I havent played it a whole lot but it is cool. The graphics are great and the controls are responsive. This franchise has come a long way. I just wish the DLC was cheaper.

This game is a fun and bloody fighter. The graphics are amazing for a fighting game. The gameplay is a bit simple compared to other fighting games but still hard to master. There are a plenty of modes and a number of fighters to choose from. I think it is a fun games for teenagers above 18 and adults. I would not recommend it for children and parents should be cautioned. It is by the same people who made injustice.

This game is all the hype was cracked up to be. The graphics are amazing and the new characters are great. It looks so real. I am also loving the the updates to the old characters and the extra pack you can purchase is well worth the money to get maximum gaming from Mortal Kombat X

Mortal Kombat makes a comeback to the forefront of the fighting game genre and returns to glory gory days with the franchise's 10th installment. Mortal Kombat X is the best from MK since it's original trilogy and most addictive since also. Few knocks are the cheesy story mode but no one plays MK for the sideshow, Insistencies with character models and overpriced DLC. Other than those this is an excellent fighter.

Mortal Kombat X is an excelent display of next gen graphics and capabilities in grousom Mortal Kombat Style. about a 6 hour story arch and endless online play and local multiplayer as well as weekly challenge towers allowing you to play dlc characters some weeks as well

I want to start by saying this addition to the Mortal Kombat franchise is hands down amazing...period. It is obvious a lot of time, thought, and preparation went into the making of this game. From the graphics to the gut wrenching fatalities this game has it all. I would like to say I was very impressed with the story mode as well. Took me about three days of solid playing to get through it and it held my interest well. Only complaint I have about the game is how some of the veteran characters of mortal kombat have been removed I suppose to make way for the newcomers. For instance, in the game as of right now; Baraka, Rain, Smoke, and Noob Saibot are not playable characters as they were in the previous Mortal Kombat on PS3/XBox 360. Still a great game with loads of other characters to play as though. They game sort of has a Injustice: God's among us crosses with MK blend feel to it. Overall I give it 10/10. Great game

If you are a fan of the Mortal Kombat games, this title will not disappoint. The graphics are amazing and the commands are easier to use than previous titles. It's pretty graphic with the blood so be mindful of that fact before allowing young children to play it.

Mortal Kombat X is a great addition to the franchise. I highly recommend it if you're into fighting games. It looks amazing, the amount of different moves and combos it has is insane and the online play keeps it competitive and exciting. The story is pretty good too.

This game was worth the wait. I knew it was coming a year ago. It is AWESOME! I haven't stopped playing it since I got it. The graphics are killer too. The fatalities and brutalities are mind blowing. I can't feel my thumb, lol. You will not regret buying this game.

If you like any of the Mortal Kombat games of the past you will like this one too. It does get a little bit monotonous, but that's ok. It's fun to play against my buddies online. I've lost interest in the single player for anything other than practice. There's a ton of stuff in the krypt as well. I'm so tempted to spend the $20 to just unlock everything. It takes too long to acquire koins.

This is not the MK of the 90's, the new detail in this game make it very gruesome. The game is great, lots of stuff going on in the background, items can become part of the combat and the moves are not overly difficult, even the fatalities are easy to do.

I've been a huge fan of the Mortal Kombat series for a long time and this game is just amazing! the gameplay is fantastic. all of the classic characters are on this game plus extras. one of the best fighting games in this current generation of gaming.

I've been off Mortal Kombat for years, but somehow I knew that the first entry on PS4 coukd not be missed. There is a nice mix of old characters and new. The fatalities are amazing and the brutalities are a nice addition. Basically it is wholesome family fun.

This game is a very solid fighter. Excellent graphics, great animation, very good voice acting AND plenty of GORE! A bunch of new characters have been added to the roster and they are actually pretty cool. If you liked the last MK then you'll like this one.

I like the new characters they added and of course all the usual characters. The fatalities are awesome!!! If you like the previous Mortal Combat games, I think you will like this one as well. Very fun game to play with a group of "adult" friends as well!
