This is a great buy .. Mortal Kombat X is fast paced, very smooth and quick animations and interaction, the gore and blood is absolutely there as expected from any MK game. Very well designed, Towers, Test your luck, Story , Single Fight are all great.

This game has been great. Loads fast. Story is long and interactive. Many different modes to play. Graphics are great with accurate reflections. Fighting system is complex but easy for beginners or those that do not play games often (like my wife lol.)

Graphics are as good as ever. Gameplay is similar to Mortal Kombat 9 but with a twist. Has different styles of gameplay depending on how you want to play either offensive or defensive. Great game with blood and gore. Fatalities are creative as ever.

This is the best Mortal Kombat to date! Beautiful, bloody, and downright fun. Plenty of fan favorites return to the lineup accompanied by plenty of brand new faces. Fighter fans, look no further, here is your game. Great for noobs and grissled vets.

I haven't played a great fighting game in a while, this game had almost everything I wanted. The only thing I wanted was more from the story line. Other than that, its a great game, great engine, beautiful graphics, and overall worth the purchase.

For those who have always been into Mortal Kombat, this is an amazing game!!!! The graphics are amazing and the fatalities are truly gruesome (according to my wife!). There is plenty of things to do in this game which makes the price worth while.

Yet another amazing mortal kombat game!! Online multiplayer is awesome story mode is intense fighting style are one of my favorite adds to the game new characters are always a plus and more to enjoy!! If you love fighting games this is worth it.

Great game. Stunning visuals. In game fluidity is a point. Controls are great. One downfall, lesser characters but it's a continuation after the last MK game which set 20 or 25 years after. Overall, it's a worth game coming from a MK veteran.

Picked this game up on release day. Mortal Kombat is back! Story mode isn't the greatest but the rest of the game modes are fantastic, and let's be honest the majority of the time will be spent in online matchmaking. I have about 30 matches in without any issues.....unlike some other games. We won't name names - Halo MCC. I would recommend this for any MK fan.

This game is very good. The gameplay is very smooth and the Fatalities are fairly easy for anyone to pull off. The story is really good but really short. If you are a hardcore fighter then this is for you. If you somewhat like fighter games then you may want to check it out first. Once you beat the story there isn't much left except for multiplayer matches.

I got this game in the mail right on time. Works great! The game is awesome. Would recommend it to everyone. Graphics are unreal.... The Fatalities are crazy... If you don't have this game, stop what your doing and go get it right now!!!

If you're a fan of the moral kombat series then this game is going to be just as great as all the others in the past. Great graphics and great characters ..only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because I feel like all characters should be included rather than having to wait for a "komplete" edition later on. Other than that great game!!

Awesome game, super cool graphics and amazing gameplay. I wish they come out with new fighters and new venues to fight. Played online and got my butt kicked but still fun. Definitely a must have if you a fan of fighting games.

There's only so much you can do to a game like Mortal Kombat. The basic elements to a fighting game like this are going to be pretty similar from the original to now: you fight, there's combos, cool fatalaties, etc. That being said, where this game really excelled is in its graphics. Transitioning from cutscenes in the campaign to the fights themselves really makes you appreciate just how masterful the graphics in the game are. On a side note, I preordered this game to get access to the downloadable character, "Goro." At first, I was not granted the download, and so I called Best Buy. Their customer service department was outstanding and fixed the problem in a day, making sure that my account had credit for what would amount to a $10 dollar purchase. Good on ya, Best Buy!

this game is fantastic! such a great addition to the MK Kollection.... lots of old characters to choose from, tons of game modes, and the graphics are phenomenal. not to mention the Goro DLC for preordering is an awesome bonus

Mortal Kombat X is a great addition to the series. I enjoyed 9, but X brought new game modes that are ever changing online. Its a great fighting game and one of the best this generation! I recommend playing with friends.

While I've only had this a day I've beat the story mode which is entertaining but short around 6 maybe 7 hours but during that time you really don't get to use much of the fighters and all there different variants. With that being said the gameplay and graphics are top notch and the game has a bunch of new modes and all the fighters having 3 different fighting styles adds a lot of replay value and makes it the best overall mortal kombat ever even if the story isn't the best. I'd give this game a solid 9 out 10.

First off the story for this game is so amazing. I am more into the lore than online fighting. So my review won't have any online stuff sorry. As for the story it's a fresh start. So it reworks the past a little. This feels like a new start to make the storyline more solid. There is only one ending unlike other games where you get the ending for which character won the tornament. They have the crypt again and have a lot of new characters. I think Cassy is my new favorite her sexy look and attitude make her so fun to play. The story alternates what character your playing to go with the story. My big complaint is there is no co op for tag battles. Which is a shame because me and my sister love fighting games and always wish to be on the same team.

Mortal Kombat is a classic fighting game we all grew up on, so seeing a new one come out for the PS4 and Xbox One was exciting! The graphics are exceptional of course and game play is just as good as it has always been!
