Great product,since we are using it our internet is faster than before,no issues so far,when I was using streaming the movies get freeze for seconds several times ,but this get better when I change my modem. Thanks

The Best Buy salesperson recommended this Modem for my son's new Xfinity service. The technician installed it and it works great. It pays for itself in 10 months vs renting equipment from internet and tv provider. Plus, it's yours!

This Motorola Wi-Fi Router was so easy to set up. I called my wireless provider with the new router information, *make sure you don’t forget this step! It connected to my Mac Computer/IPhone/TVs without any issues! I haven’t had any problems with it at all.

I bought this so I could avoid monthly fees from Xfinity. It's a great replacement for Xfinitys internet box. This is a modem/router so 2 in 1. Got this from Xfinitys recommended modem/routers list. I haven't had any problem with it yet. So far so good.

It gets the job done. It has a good signal I use it for my smart tv, two phones, laptop, and Ipad and its strong enough to give wifi to all of the devices I mentioned

Couldn’t handle the speed of the internet I purchased so the internet was always slow.

Bought this modem to save some money a year from my internet provider and boy am I glad I did. Not only am I saving money with this purchase but it out performs the previous modem/router I had with my service provider. Worth every penny!

This works for Xfinity internet and is much cheaper to buy than renting the modem and router from your internet provider. Super easy setup and instructions, and I haven't had any problems with it so far.

Worked perfectly with xfinity self-install. I’m not very tech savvy but instructions were easy to follow.

So far we are pleased with this router. I haven't noticed any difference in our speed than the one from our provider and over time we will safe money.

I recently switched from CenturyLink to Comcast and wanted to purchase a modem/router instead of renting. This has worked well in my 750 square foot apartment. The reason I knocked off one star is because the wifi speeds aren’t as high as the maximum speeds I’m paying for. I pay for 600 Mpbs and the highest wifi speeds I get is around 160 Mpbs. I get around 500 Mpbs with my computer when I’m connected via Ethernet. Overall, it works well for my needs and I would recommend it to others who live in a small space and with under 10 devices.

Im sure this modem would be good enough for most people but for me it was just shy of good. The only real problem i had was that it was a little slow when scrolling through instagram and watching youtube. It seemed to lag for just a second every 5 to 10 minutes. Im sure most people wont mind but trying to switch from the xfinity modem to this, its a difference. The xfinity modem was perfect and never caused problems for me, so the lag on this was just enough to annoy me so i returned it. Got one that was 24x8 instead and it works great(the xfinity router was 24x8 as well).

This Motorola - AC Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router with 16 x 4 Modem - Black wasn't too difficult to set up and get running and it works fine most of the time. Every week and a half or so, I get the message that the internet is not connected and the Motorola has to be powered off and on again. When this occurs, our home phone which used Ooma (works with the internet) goes down and often takes longer to come back online that the internet does. This proves very inconvenient.

I should have been buying routers from day one of subscribing to cable. This is my first router that I have bought and have had no issues. Easy to set up and was a seamless transition from the cable company’s router.

This all in one modem I have found is one of the best. This is the second Motorola Modem I have purchased. The first one lasted 3 Years.

This product was very easy to connect and has been working great with not one problem since I purched it in May tnis year. I would give this a thumbs up for anyone needing a quality modem.

Replaced Comcast rental with this modem/router combo. Easy to hook up and to validate with Comcast. Occasional issues with skipping but I believe that is on Comcast not equipment. Too few times to be a bother.

Had a modem problem and decided to get a combined modem/router and it was a great decision. It works great and I am so happ I made the change. A great piece of equipment.

did not know what to expect from some of the negative reviews but it worked well for me with comcast. 10 mins and was up and running with comcast. my speeds have doubled with wifi and cable connections.

Literally just plugged it in and it worked. Obviously I had to go in to change passwords and do the advanced settings but if you don't know how or don't want to do that then it's easy enough to just plug in.
