Owned just over two months and IT BROKE!! On off control that flip fell apart. Also low volume.

Charges very fast, battery stays charged when not in use for quite a while. Sound quality is great. My only complaint would be after 2 hours the clip for your ear makes my ear a bit sore.

I use it every day with my computer for audio conferences. It works great, excelent audio and no hassle to connect. I can put it on the table, and then get it again and it does not disconnect as other devices. My recommendation though is to have one spare at hand at all times, because it tends to break easily. I have to change it for a new one every 3 months or so, even when I use it with much care. But for me it works well, it pays off even with that durability.

I was pleasantly surprised that the ear piece was lightweight in addition to staying on my ear. Sound crisp and clear.. Distance great from room to room. Holds charge well plus easily charged. New style for me. Love Motorola though. Good value.

Luv this little unit. Don't know it's in my ear it's so lightweight. Clear sound. Only problem, it falls apart every few months. Glad I purchase the replacement warranty.

Great price water resistant great background noise cancelling .battery last 2 days without charge

I haven't had it that long but the 300 ft range, 9 hour talk time & Dual Mic Noise Cancelation are huge positive improvements

Fits ear easy has great sound . Now I can talk to someone and understand them and they say my voice is clear. I gave it 4 stars because the hinges are weak and break. I took my broken one back and got another one to replace mine at no charge.

BT preferences are always individual; no 2 sets of ears are alike. But this Moto has way better coverage range and battery power than other BTs I've used. The boom is very functional and solves the too-small on/off switch problem I've had with other headsets. Voice-activated calling works seamlessly. Voice prompts on pairing etc very intuitive. Works well with GPS, music, podcasts and transitioning to voice phone calls, and then back. Not the greatest call clarity and noise cancellation I've heard, but the pros vastly outweigh any cons.

The sound quality is good. Pretty comfortable. Haven't tested the warer resistance yet.

I already owned a Boom headset and decided to buy this one as a spare. The battery does last longer and everyone I speak with tells me it sounds better than my previous headset. They advertise a 9 hr battery, but when you charge it and turn it on it say you have over 6 hours of talk time, which is the same message the previous headset (Boom) says - but this one does last much longer.

This earpiece is very comfortable and easy to use, It doesn't fall off and can be worn in either ear. Sound is great and outside noises are not a problem. definitely recommend this product

Sound and auto commands work well. I had issues finding the right earpiece. If I am walking while wearing it the headset has a tendency to fall out

I recently purchased this Bluetooth device to replace my last one. I absolutely love this one. I was leary about how well the soft rubber earpiece would keep this in my ear. I am amazed at how well it stays in and it is very comfortable! My last one would begin to hurt my ear when it was kept in for more than 30 minutes or so. I forget this one is even in. Very impressed with the sound quality and battery life. Well worth the buy!

Had the Boom 2+ for about 3 months now. My first bluetooth so i cant really compare but the Boom has decent range, great sound, seems durable so far.

the sound quality is exceptional and people on the other end say it sounds like I'm talking direct to the phone. The features on the Bluetooth are fantastic as well.

This blue tooth is amazing. Fits very close to the ear making sounds and music very clear. Although small it collapses even more so that it's barely visible
