I love the features on this Bluetooth headset. I especially like that it says the names of the callers. I would recommend it to friends.

Pros. 1. Good sound quality Cons. 1. Boom 2+ is over priced 2. Not durable at all. Mine got a crack within 3 weeks of purchase. 3. 6 hours of battery life. NOT 9 HOURS what they claim for. 4. Does not tell callers name. Just tells the number.

Excellent headset. My husband was very picky and the Best Buy service people were awesome. They quickly got him set up and out the door. This headset is water resistant and easy to use. My husband works in a high paced job and needs to be able to communicate with his employees over the phone. This headset does every thing he needed.

No bulk or pieces trying to fit in your ear. Just lays flat against the ear. Also love that I can listen to my music too!!

I'm a little hard of hearing and have small ears. This earpiece is the best. It's easy to pair and charges so fast.

The clarity is amazing. Getting setup to use it very simple. Up and using it within minutes.

Love the headset but the quality is cheap. The flip keeps breaking off. Unfortunately that's the only way to turn it on and off so it can't be avoided. Bought the protection plan (thankfully) but now Best Buy no longer carries this item so protection plan does no good.

Highly recommend this headset; slightly uncomfortable after long use.

I got this to listen to music because my job doesn't recommend regular wireless Bluetooth headphones during driving. It does the job well when communicating in calls but lacks in audio when listening to music. Hardly any bass and doesn't sound like a normal headphone.

I likes the wireless headset because I drive better and I don't distraction .

This is my third one of these and I keep buying them because they work but they are extremely fragile. If you put them in your pocket once, they will break. I usually keep them in a shirt pocket but then they can fall out when you bend over and then break.

This Bluetooth will last me along time, it is rugged. The sound is great as I work in noisy environments, and I can be heard over the surrounding noise. This is one of the best Bluetooth that I have ever owned, and I have owned a lot. Great buy.

I bought this product two years ago, and I still have it. I have not had any problems with it. You don't hear the interference and it is very light. The only thing I recommend is to buy a small case to protect it.
