Not a good device

I m very disappointed in the sound quality of this Bluetooth device. Being a great Best Buy customer I will still buy stuff from them because the customer service of their sales personnel.

Wish I wouldn't have bought it. Terrible terrible. My old one is better. Thought I was upgrading.

GOOD RECEPTION AND COMFORTABLE

EAR PIECE ON A SIMILAR ONE THAT COST LESS BROKE TWICE. As I spent more I am hoping this one works for me. Got the Geek Squad guarantee.

Clear sound, easy operation,

When it broke a 2nd time Motorola said they would replace it but they never sent a replacement. I just got the runaround from support. I wouldn't recommend it. The flip mic (on & off switch) is too fragile.
