I love Motorola stuff but this one is a pass. Wouldn’t pair with my iPhone X. Very flimsy too.

I did not like the fit. Too bulky for my ears and not enough give.

I purchased it, it stopped working after about 3 months. It would disconnect and reconnect itself via Bluetooth connection. People on the other end, all of a sudden could no longer hear me so clear, They said "you sound like you are in a tunnel".

Had the Plantronics Voyager Edge, which I love, looking for something similar and I thought this was it. Hard to keep in ear, even with 3 choices of ear tips. Wish it would call out contacts name, but it only calls out numbers. It's close but I will probably return. It looks as if Plantronics is coming with a new version of the Edge...

    Sounds great. Cheaply made.

I've owned two Booms and one Boom 2. Two of them, including the Boom 2, broke quite easily. The littel part that flips open and close to turn the device on and off, breaks very easily. Very frustrating considering the sound quality is great.

have had the ear piece for just over a month and the flip piece as well as a rear piece of plastic broke off. Over the years I've had Jawbone, Plantronics, and others, but this one is more like a cheap toy than a tool to be used on a daily basis.

    Good one but battery issue

I like this headset, light, convenient and works perfect BUT the main issue for me is the time which the battery can last is short maximum of Six hours after full loading. I need one that can last more time like 24 hours if there is.
