I am so used to the Incredible 1 & 2 that I was worried about changing phones. I thought about getting the Incredible 4G LTE but the screen is way to small and also thought about the new Galaxy phone but the screen was way to big. So I researched this phone and it seemed to have everything that I was looking for. The 1st thing that I look for in a phone is it has to be a Google based phone (Bing based phones SUCK)! The other things are speed, battery life and size. This phone has the best of everything. The battery life is longer than any phone that I have had in the past. Love this phone and would recommend it to anyone. All of you iPhone users you need to switch and get caught up with technology. :)

I have had this phone for nearly a year and have had highs and lows with it. The Phone is Durable and reasonably powerful. I find that I am Pushing the RAM to the brink and experience a lot of slow downs. Part of this problem is i have filled the internal storage and it's nearly impossible to get items on the SD card. the move to SD card feature is blocked and the file manager is not very useful. It dose read my 32GB card easily and I can run Movies and trailers with ease. Audio is a bit distorted but a nice option to have when traveling. Downfall uploading through USB is horribly slow and often comes up with errors and warnings. I have resorted to inmounting the card and use a SD card adapter The 8GB camera is good for outdoor shots but indoor short even with the HDR feature are horribly noisy and in some cases unusable. The HD video is good but the audio leaves a lot to be desired.

Totally happy with this phone. Ease of operation, battery life, weight, size....one great little phone. Absolutely recommended....

I took a long time to commit to a smart phone because I didn't want to carry something the size of a tablet around nor did I want to constantly be attached to a cord because the battery life was so short. This phone is a very reasonable size and I don't have to have it plugged in constantly when not in use like my husband's Droid RZR.

I am always hesitant about new technologies. I resisted buying a smartphone for the longest time. I have had it a month and can't believe I was able to get thru life without one. Its very easy to use, there are a ton of apps and it is the most awesome device I have ever had

Received the phone free with 2 year contract. The phone is 4G, but does not seem much faster than the 3G I had before. It is a good smart phone for basic usage, which is what I wanted. The size of the phone is just right. The last one I had was too big. I recommended this phone to my daughter.

This is a really good phone. I've had two others, including the Razr Maxx, and this one beats them all. If I can point out one problem it would be the battery life compared to the Razr Maxx is not as great. All things considered, though, it is smaller, lighter and faster than the Razr Maxx. I had to put an Otterbox on it right away because I felt it was too small for my big hands and I didn't want to damage it. If you're considering this phone, go ahead and buy it; you won't regret it!!!

We got this phone for my husband who was very resistant to give up his 8-year old flip phone. He's found it easy to use and is enjoying the phone's features. The camera is excellent, as is battery life.

I was used to the HTC droid; but really like this phone now. The battery life is outstanding, the size is great

A perfect trade-off between screen size and pocket footprint; battery life is good enough that I usually charge it every-other day; touchscreen is very responsive; data speed seems very good

the rest of my family have iPhones but I think this phone is just as good. The screen is about the same size at the iPhone5. My husband and I both really enjoy these phones, especially the feature that allows you to put the backs of our phones together and it transfers whatever is on your screen to the other phone. Love it!

This is my third android phone, the other two being an HTC Droid Eris and an HTC Droid Incredible, and this is my favorite so far. It's easy to use, the screen is a good size and the clarity is good, the sound quality is very good and it runs smoothly.

My wife and I bought HTC Thunderbolts and when the contract ended we bought one of these to make the the battery hype wasnt just hype. We HATED our Thunderbolts, the battery life on this phone is incredible. I just use it for emailing, texting and some apps. I can get 2 and a half days out of the battery. I would consider myself a minor user so the battery life would be lower for someone else that used it more of course. I bought two more of these phones. one for my wife and her mother. i was worried that the size was to small but its fine.

My 3G HTC suddenly died and I needed to replace it as soon as possible. I went on line and could not get the model I wanted at Verizon so I checked out the Best Buy site and found the Motorola Razr M which met my needs. Stopped at a Verizon store on my way to BB and was very disappointed in their customer service. When it was my turn in the line at BB the young clerk apologized for my wait and proceeded to set me up with my new phone in a knowledgeable and efficient manner. Couldn't be happier.

My second Droid smartphone is much improved over the Droid X I had previously. I like the layout of the main screen and especially like the widget that tells you how much battery life is left. I also like the meter that tells you how much data you are using and the warning bar when you get close to your allowable limit. And the fact it was free just by extending my contract makes it the best cell phone I have ever had in over 20 years of being a Verizon customer.

the graphics are beautiful, the phone is just the right size, camera takes good pix, no problems

I liked this phone because of it's smaller size, it fits in the palm of my hand better than some of those huge phones! It's been easy to add apps and widgets. I like that you can make folders and condense/organize your apps. I haven't had any issues with battery life at all. I typically plug it in every other day. However, I don't do much video streaming/gaming, mainly use apps, texting, calls.

Great Phone for a great price at Best Buy. We have two RAZR M phones in our household and my only issues is I never know when the phone is charges. It needs to have a light that turns green when charged. Besides this is a great phone and a great size and I would recommend.
