Easy to setup Good range Steady connection Perfect for home use (house is 2500 sqft for reference) and full strength signal in every corner of the house and backyard

Holy cow! This thing worked great right out of the box. No real hassle setting it up, very straight forward setup. Has not dropped internet once or failed to connect since installed in December.

I would not bother with the older WiFi 5 products. I recently purchased an Orbi and it is so much faster than this product...I could not believe the speed test difference (and we have not changed our ISP plan!) I had to run it a few more times to be convinced. No more buffering issues with our streaming services and multiple devices are handled with ease with the Orbi. Yes, the Orbi costs more but the performance is just incredible.

I purchased this cable modem to replace the leased cable modem from my internet provider to save the monthly cost and to hopefully increase reliability and speed. In the 3 weeks that I have had this unit I think that I have done both. I immediately noticed a significant increase in the speed that web sites download and open. I have streamed 4K Netflix video with no problems. I also used a Wi-Fi signal strength meter before disconnecting my old cable modem and recorded the strength at different locations and notice an improved level of signal strength with the new Motorola unit. I had a question on setup and called Motorola customer service and was immediately connected to an individual who answered my question. So far I am pleased with this purchase.

Very quick delivery this modem was very easy to set up, great instructions for the router portion. Price is great and the download speed is great for my service plan.

Nice modem / router combo. Does it's job well with good speed. Easy set up. Purchased for my daughter's apartment so I cannot speak to how good coverage is over a larger area (such as a multi story house).

Bought this duel router to replace the one I was renting from Comcast. Works just as well if not better than the rented unit. I have more devices than i thought i did, as i found out when i had to change every one, but I have had absolutely no problems. All my kids have tablets, phones, echo dots as well as my security cameras, laptops and TV and absolutely no connectivity problems. I have a two story house and no real dead spots. As i save money from Comcast renting their equipment, I would say this is a premium router if your looking into the duel router/modem design

Router is exactly as described. I have wifi throughout my home, with fast speed and excellent reliability. Router works perfectly with WOW internet service in St. Pete, FL.

Bought this to replace my XFinity router that was costing me $14 / month to rent. I get just as high of speed from the 2 GHZ output as I did my XFinity router and the 5G is significantly faster. I had some initial issues with packet loss when I first set it up just on the 5GHZ network but after a restart through the Xfinity website and then a hard restart on the router itself, I have not had any additional issues. So far so good an on the route to save money once I get the rental removed from my bill. It was very easy to setup and to change the wifi names to my existing names so I didn't have to change any of my devices that consume the wifi signal

So far so good! We purchased this to replace the modem we were renting from Comcast. Will pay for itself in 9 months or so. Physically connecting it was easy. Had to call Comcast to switch their system to connect to the new modem. Was about a 30 minute process for their rep to walk through the steps till we were back online. Then had to reset our wireless printer for the new modem as well. It has only been connected for less than a week, but all is going well...actually things seem to work faster than before.

The Motorola dual band ac1900 is more than enough wifi modem for our home and office using 8 wifi devices. Easy setup and very easy to set settings in the dashboard. Was using Exfinity modem and I now have faster download speed,and upload. I had no issues at all since it was installed using Exfinity automatic set up once turned on. One note, better double check with Exfinity when returning there modem to see if they know you have your modem up and running. Motorola is a trusted company with great support in case any questions about your settings. They do have a phone number to call, huge plus due to many other modems don't have a phone number to call for support. You did it again Motorola. I love it.

Easy to set up and range is much better than Xfinity router

I wanted a modem/router combo for a new Spectrum Cable internet installation in our house. I bought this Motorola and a Netgear C7000, which were both highly rated online, and let the Spectrum installer choose for me. He chose the Netgear device so I returned the Motorola for a refund. I'm sure the Motorola is very good, but I have no regrets keeping the Netgear, which is working great so far.

Seems to work great. Speeds and overall performance have improved from my old unit. Has good coverage.

I picked up my Motorola modem and Wi-Fi router at the store. It was very easy to connect. All my equipment was on as soon as I typed in the router password. We had wireless connectivity for everything, including gaming and streaming movies. The Motorola modem/router gave us great speed on all devices. We ditched the Spectrum modem and router because we were having constant problems with them. Our new router gave us much better Wi-Fi performance.

Have been using the device for 4+ years now. Never needed replacement as it suits my requirement and compatible with Comcast. Has been reliable companion so far.

Good product for the price. Great signal for many devices. Covers all areas in large places.
