This equipment in my house did not exceed 240 mbps in download speed. It has been the worst router I have ever bought in my life. Really very slow internet very mediocre its only advantage is that it is easy to install. Motorola customer service is terrible. I do not recommend buying because you will have to buy another when you upgrade your internet speed at home and for performance. This is completely false, please, they must change the advertising because this is not true.

So far it has been working good. I’ve only had trouble with my smart tv connection but maybe the tv or service provider. Overall I’m happy with the product.

I had a Motorola modem for couple of years and it started dropping wifi a lot. I first blamed cox but they somehow checked clear at least for couple of days. I decided to purchase a new modem which worked well for about a month then it started dropping wifi. Now it drops wifi every two minutes, I did set the clock and it does drop wifi every 2 minutes. I am out of rerurn window means I am either stack with a scrap or try to fight motorola for a replacement. I am dissapointed

I purchased this modem in December of 2018 to replace the rented modem from Xfinity and to save on the $13/month rental fee. So far, so good! I haven't had any issues with it. The transition from the rental modem to my own modem was seamless.

It seems like a decent piece when it works. I read many reviews saying it works with Xfinity ( evil cable company ). I should have checked Xfinity first because it is not compatible ( stated by Xfinity ) and so it kept dropping.

Terrible internet service provided with equally bad equipment. This device greatly improved our service throughout the entire home.

I have been paying monthly rent for over 5 years. My life has become easy by buying this compatible router which will pay off the investment in a year.

I recently purchased this router because my original router went out. I had a Motorola previously so went with the same brand. It is so much more powerful and a great buy for the money spent. I highly recommend this router. It is very reliable.

Signal is strong in the area of the living room where the modem is placed and in the vicinity. It starts to weaken in the bedroom, a fair two bar signal. I also like the duo-band capability of the product: Both a router and a modem. Save space.

I thought that this was the best router based in the reviews however after installing the signal is not very strong. I guess it depends on the number of walls in your house but I will definitely need some additional equipment to get full coverage in my home.

Great product. Works well with Comcast. Plenty of ports for hard wiring anything plus excellent wifi speeds! Second band channel is great for separating devices across your network

Did not set up as easily as instructions said it should. Could never get connection with Xfinity online setup. Got it setup without the online connection and it works fine. Don’t let frustrating setup stop you from considering this modem.

I am pretty satisfied with this modem/router. It was easy setup and the wifi signal does reach upstairs even with a brick fireplace in between. It's not a strong signal, but it's good enough for me.

This unit in addition to including the modem, router, and 4 gig ports provides dual band wifi with the ability to configure 2 unique guest networks and optional MAC level access control for each band on the primary network.

This modem met Xfinity's new DOCSIS 3.1 standards but it is not wi-fi. I had to buy a separate wi-fi router. Remember to connect your phone line into the second port to prevent calls dropping at 30 minutes.

Probably a good unit; it appears that way, but I had to return it when Comcast wanted to charge me 2X for having (2) cable modems. My bad, I guess.

bought it for my son for Christmas he did not need it so i returned it but i must say buying on line with curb side service was great and when i returned it it was a good experience

Im super happy with this purchase. Works like a champ. Gone are the constant restarts of my old router and the buffering of most streaming vids is null. Still occasionally has minor issues with Vudu but thats it.

TIred of Paying rental fees this thing is awesome Modem with Built in Wifi Will save me a ton of money. Easy install

I bought this for my daughter to replace an old Zoom Cable modem that was no longer supported. It works great was easy to setup and has good WIFI speeds. She is very pleased.
