Works just as described… but better! We have needed to update our wireless router for a long time and we switch to this one and are very pleased.

My son bought this to upgrade my TV movie options. He is a professional IT person and selected this as it met his expectations. OIt was easy for him to connect and he was satisfied with the enhanced movie possibilities.

My previous modem was nolonger being supported & had my computer running very slow, so after talking to a sells rep I purchased this one which is working just fine.

My xfinity support person said this was a quality product, and I've had no problems in the month I've been using it. Would recommend!

This is a very good product; I have owned it for a few months now and have no complaints. The product was a little difficult to get running but I'm old and not very tech savvy.

Earlier i had a older Motorola modem amd router seperate. Buying this product made so much difference in the speed of wifi and so much things i could keep my eye on through this modem.

Overall the router works for an everyday person. But as a gamer the router doesnt have all the ports you need and doesnt allow you to connect to some game servers, games like modern warfare and among us are unplayable.

We got Comcast and they were going to charge us $30 monthly so my husband instead bought this as in the long run it would save us money instead of having charged $30 every bill. The quality is really fine and it works great.

Great WiFi cable modem it took a while to set up because we didn’t know it had to be activated from the Netgear app but other than that it runs smooth and WiFi signal stays strong

Was returned, did not need it as my daughter's internet provider supplied a modem/router. However, we had purchased a similar one a few years earlier for my other daughter and it still works fine.

Works great so far. Like having the wifi and 4 ethernet ports on this unit. I was getting frequent drops with my 7 year old modem. I also like having remote administration capability.

It’s duel band so we have all but our PS4 and TV on the 2G and the others are on the 5G. We not have any issues with our internet even when our neighbors say there’s is out.

Replaced an Xfinity router/modem and has not failed to deliver. Great wi-fi coverage and I use it to stream 75% of my TV watching with no waiting. Besides all that it will be saving me money in the future.

Seems to be working fine Xfinity / Comcast claims that I have no internet connection. Couldn't connect to Xfinity Stream. I had no problems connecting cables and plugs wifi seems to have a stronger signal internet works

Great item. Works great. I just needed the Modem however not Modem and router so I return for same model without router. Workers great and saves me on monthly bill.

This modem has been rock solid ever since we installed it. We use it with the CableOne/Sparklight 300M package.

customer service agent was very helping while picking this out at the store and so far it has been very easy to use, it was easy to set up as well

When my rented router/modem from the cable company quit working, I went to BestBuy and purchased this Motorola device. No regrets, it's wonderful.
