I'm sure it's a fine product but I bought the wrong product due to wrong information from my cable company so I returned it which was easy and fast no questions would buy the correct one when available

Had to call motorola support out of the box because my ISP is dropping QAM channels. They were excellent, fast service and to the point with great information.

After paying monthly rental fees for a modem and tired of the extra cost. The BBY rep informed me that this modem was the best ROI! What a great addition to the family to help stream movies and play games!

This is a great router for your home. We were using the Comcast one but this one is superior on all ends

I wanted to purchase a cable modem and router, I did not want the devices to take up much room. This device had the cable modem and the router together, it had dual band capability and DOCs 3.0

This works very well with Direct TV and Comcast. You save money because you own it. The speed is terrific. Also you can stream movies without having to stop.

Replaced our old Netgear modem router with this. The old one was only about a year old and always dropping signal. I've had no issues with this one. It's an excellent product.

This is a great router/WAC to use with Comcast. I recently had to go with AT&T and had to sell it. My previous Motorola lasted for years. Definitely worth purchasing to avoid the monthly fee!

Overpriced. But works decent. I play online COD a lot and it works fairly well I don’t experience many lags. However I do experience the wifi randomly going out when I’m on my iPhone and laptop.

This product was first-rate and satisfied our expectations. The ability to pick up promptly in the parking lot outside the store was a bonus. Thanks!

I guess it’s ok. I haven’t had time to hook it up yet. Maybe I’ll get around to it this weekend. The price was good.

I've had this for awhile now and it's never failed me. I didn't want to rent from cox cable , so I bought this at BB. It was easy to set up and easy to use.

Love this product. Save me money on my cable bill. I got it installed with no issues. I told my friends and family about it. Hope they get it.

Not sure what to say. Opened the box, called Comcast and it was set up. Easy enough to do and now I don't have to pay Comcast for their product.

The set-up took a little longer because I was not familiar with the product but my niece recommended it.

I recently acquired an online job in China. I needed to get the highest quality Modem/Router to decrease lag in HD video feed. It worked perfectly! Their customer service is excellent as well!

Thus far, it has been a great improvement over my last modem. However, there has been an issue with the 5g connection. Otherwise I'm connected to 6 devices with great connectivity.

We took the unopened box to Xfinity and they "pre-registered" it for easy set up.

This is a great, quality cable modem to invest in instead of renting one from your cable provider. You'll save money in the long run & it's just as good, if not better than their models.

Bought to replace ISP rental units. In use for 2 months with no issues and no discernable signal or speed differences from the ISP provided units.
