The WIFI portion quit working within 10 days of setup. The online guide was somewhat helpful on things to try but nothing worked. I never could get through on the phone and didn't find a chat on the web site. I did email and got a response with a final response to return the unit since it appeared to be defective. The modem portion worked great the entire time.

Trying to save money. By getting this it saves me $14 a month from the cable company so you make your money back within a few months. Great bye

The modem works perfectly. It solved our previous internet issues with the old modem.

I didn't use it tuck back only cause can't get charter to repair a broken line that runs to the house so I'm stuck with frontier

This router was purchased to avoid renting one from Xfinity, and it has worked perfectly.

I purchase this because I did not want to pay the $11 fee to comcast for using their modom/router. It does the job. only thing is that I am not able to change the password to something easy, but that just might be me.

Had purchased a cheaper router at first and had a lot of troubles. Returned that one and purchased this one. We have had no troubles and the connection has been great so far!

I freaking love it! The Comcast installer set it up for me and it works great. I am happy I splurged a bit and got a good combo system.

Connected modem months ago and no issues. I'm not much of a tech person, so i cant comment on speed, bandwidth, etc, but hookup was simple and everything works, so I'm happy.

Works well. Easy set up for a person that is not technology savvy. SuddenLink was a disappointment. However, this product is quite good.

Our last router was constantly be reset. So far this router is doing it's job and we have not had to reset it once. Nice purchase!!

Took a little time to figure out all of the lights and finding it on the network list. So far is working just fine.

good! no problems or complaints. just switched from cable/wifi to wifi only and it helped save a couple of bucks a month!

Router works great so far, have not had any issues. An Xfinity tech I spoke with also said it's one of his favorite routers.

This is a good modem combination for anyone who wants to own their own modem instead of renting it from the cable company. This modem combination covers my house quite well with Wi-Fi.
