customer service agent was very helping while picking this out at the store and so far it has been very easy to use, it was easy to set up as well

After paying monthly rental fees for a modem and tired of the extra cost. The BBY rep informed me that this modem was the best ROI! What a great addition to the family to help stream movies and play games!

I'm sure it's a fine product but I bought the wrong product due to wrong information from my cable company so I returned it which was easy and fast no questions would buy the correct one when available

Had to call motorola support out of the box because my ISP is dropping QAM channels. They were excellent, fast service and to the point with great information.

This is a great router/WAC to use with Comcast. I recently had to go with AT&T and had to sell it. My previous Motorola lasted for years. Definitely worth purchasing to avoid the monthly fee!

Easy to setup, but missing a coax on the box, so be sure to have one with you. Great functionality and great value for the money. Recommended.

Not sure what to say. Opened the box, called Comcast and it was set up. Easy enough to do and now I don't have to pay Comcast for their product.

I guess it’s ok. I haven’t had time to hook it up yet. Maybe I’ll get around to it this weekend. The price was good.

Great router and modem! Setup and installation was easy. Price is a little high but very much worth it to not pay rental charges to the cable company.

Works great with Comcast / Xfinity. I have the router downstairs and every device in the house gets a strong signal, no matter where it is.

Once I switched to this modem/router, I don't need the clunky a wifi extender anymore. The wifi signal around the house is way better compared to the crappy spectrum provided modem/wifi router

This motam help me with my internet weak and getting bad internet not working. It's nice to be able to get help from the salesmen that know what they are talking about

The set-up took a little longer because I was not familiar with the product but my niece recommended it.

We took the unopened box to Xfinity and they "pre-registered" it for easy set up.

Reasonable cost for the combined router and modem. Set-up instructions are clear and concise. Pleased with the product.

My old modem got damaged by lightning. Got this modem to replace it. It is very nice. I really like the fact that it shows all the connect channels and their status.

I like to save money. Buy this helps me do exactly that. Why should one have to pay cable companies for this modem monthly? We should. That's why this is a must have.
