I like the combo it works well...took longer to set up than originally thought but that's not the items fault

Read a lot of reviews online before narrowing down to this unit. Best option for a family of four with a lot of electronic items. Would buy again for sure

I've had this unit for about 4 months now, and it's been great. Strong wifi signal that never drops, and I love the fact that it has dual-band channels.

The worker said easy to set up not so true but I knew that. Nothing is just plug it and that’s all.

It’s working very well! Provides around 400 mbps, giving faster Wi-Fi.

Have never had any issues. Set up was easy, and in two years I've never had to go back into the settings for any reason.

2.4g and 5g + guest with both as well. Improved my xfinity 300mbps that was super slow with old netgear router/modem

Buffers a lot of the time. Internet seems ok but cable not so great.

Works well! We have it positioned at one end of the house and all use at the other end of the house works just as well. I’d buy it again.

Purchased to replace rental modem but did not verify first that is would work for voice also, which was my error. Unit works as expected.

In the past I've had the worst luck with modems. They never seem to last one year. I'm giving this one a try but I also got the extended protection plan. We'll see how it goes.

I have been using this modem just over a year. While the equipment works, it requires a restart from time to time, twice a month in order to get the recommended speed. The WiFi range is not as strong as they say it is in my 1200 Sq Ft home. Not getting a good signal upstairs which is 25 feet away from the modem or the bedroom which is less than 35 away. This modem may work great for a Studio home.

Like the feature of dual band. While the kids bog down one bandwidth, I use the other one. I just want to read my emails or digital subscriptions.

This was a lifesaver and will save me rental charges all year long.

better to own than rent from a cable company. I leave with my router when i disconnect my service

Pretty simplistic setup/design. Works okay, nothing spectacular. Basically what I wanted for the price and use.

Works fine when its working. Went through two of these modems, both with different problems. One the 2.4ghz wifi broke, it was enabled but couldnt see the SSID even after hard reboot. The replacement unit kept restarting on its own for like 2-3 hours a day. Both on Cox Cable. Switched to ATT Fiber because of all the issues. Go fiber if you can!
