The Sales Person Was Very Knowledgeable,And Very Friendly

It's been working somehow fine for a few months now. With the exception that I have to turn it off every 2 weeks, sometimes once a week so it gets back online. Not sure if it's the modem or the service (Comcast) but I have to turn it off and on often.

Great product. Works exactly like I expected it to.

It was easy to set up, but that was where the good part ended. I've gone through three units in the past six weeks. After about three weeks, the 5 GHz band stopped working properly (intermittent and disappeared on the list of available networks) on the first unit. Motorola advised me to exchange it. I did, and the same issue started occurring 11 days later on the second one. I was again advised to exchange it. The third modem immediately had the same issue. I guess the signal is so weak that it can't handle going across an 800 sq apartment. I don't have time to continue to exchanging, so I'll be going back to Netgear once this modem dies. Meanwhile, all devices will be on the 2.4 GHz band.

It's doing what is supposed too and have a two years warranty.

Works perfect with out the expensive price of the rental

works ok if you don't use many devices, price is high for performance level. I went with Motorola because I Have a motorola surfboard extreem model SBG6580 in my Florida residence and it works much better, and was less expensive.

the speeds are very high through the ethernet cable, but wirelessly the speeds are lacking, especially from little distance away from the router.

Definitely helped support the internet connection.

Had issues trying to port forward for a camera system in my home. After hours on tech support between the camera company, the cable company and modem support. The modem had a problem and it was returned. Brand changed all worked fine.
