It's great in 90% of the house, but it completely dies off at certain points based on distance. I'd probably go with another one if I had to do it over again.

good but not compatible with cox

With the exception that I have to turn it off every 2 weeks, sometimes once a week so it gets back online. Not sure if it's the modem or the service (Comcast) but I have to turn it off and on often.

Not Good if You need 5 GHZ Band

I've gone through three units in the past six weeks. After about three weeks, the 5 GHz band stopped working properly (intermittent and disappeared on the list of available networks) on the first unit. Motorola advised me to exchange it. I did, and the same issue started occurring 11 days later on the second one. I was again advised to exchange it. The third modem immediately had the same issue. I guess the signal is so weak that it can't handle going across an 800 sq apartment. I don't have time to continue to exchanging, so I'll be going back to Netgear once this modem dies. Meanwhile, all devices will be on the 2.4 GHz band.
