The attachment did not fit. When I purchased the modem I told the person that I have AT&T service and I was instructed to call AT&T to connect the modem. To my surprised, I was told by AT&T that Best Buy should have known better not to sell any type of modem to any AT&T customer as it is against their rules. I had to return the product and only given a credit instead of a full refund. Not happy :(.

i have old netgear , i wanted to replace with fast speed one. but did not fit in my expectation.

Having issues with router WiFi frequency. Works fine when hard wired but WiFi fluctuates.

I was having issues with my spectrum equipment and decided to get my own. I expected the 5g range to be better, but it’s average at best.

I might have to return this modem the 5 g stopped working

I purchased this item whenI had trouble getting my previous router/modem restarted after a Comcast power failure. I did get it working but, since it was four years old, I decided it was time to get a new one. The installation and setup with Comcast was relatively easy and everything was fine for about a week when a movie I was watching on Netflix stopped with a notification that I had no internet service. After verifying with neighbors that they had service, I tried unplugging and replugging the router which did not work. I finally called Comcast and they remotely restarted my modem. This happened three more times the following week and I was going to return it until I found out the return window given by Best Buy had expired. Another week went by with no problems, but then it failed again three times in less than 24 hours. I continue to have intermittent failures and each time Comcast has said the problem is with the modem and they have had to restart it for me. I have various items, including security cameras that are dependent on reliable WiFi so I am not happy with this purchase.

Had to return it. Apparently this otherwise good modem/router has severe compatibility issues.

My internet comes and goes and its not my service. Have to reset the modem/ router pretty often. Not completely happy.

We've only had this modem/router for a little over a year and it is already going out. With how much we paid for this thing, I would have thought it would last longer than 15 months. I bought a modem in 2008 that lasted 9 years. My last one lasted 3 years. This one only lasted 15 months. Are they making them less and less reliable over the years? I feel scammed by the companies who make these devices and cannot help but feel that planned obsolescence may be at play here.

It works great as long as there aren't any walls between you and the modem, or it's connected via Ethernet cord. Our house is about 1100 sq ft. Our living room is next to the room that has the modem it and there's barely enough signal strength for streaming apps. I'm disappointed in it, but at least it kinda works.

It works fine if you're in the same room as the modem/router but it doesn't work too well in other rooms.

Returned this item because it was slowing down the internet

This item cost over twice what the last two modem/routers I purchased cost, and it didn’t work as far in the house as the others! Even though this was supposed to have a built-in booster for the Wi-Fi it had the worst signal! This item was returned.

Didn’t work for xfinity like the box said it would so I didn’t like it

Not a fan of the modem and router combo. Good for what it is though.

Unfortunately I had to return this router because the signal wasn’t as strong as my last router.

I bought this combo thinking I would not have to lease from my Internet provider....WRONG....this product lasted exactly 45 days before going out. I had a power surge 2 days ago my power flickered for 30 secs came back on but router/modem was done even while being plugged into a power strip tried calling Motorola to troubleshoot it was Saturday but they wasn’t open until Monday so in the meantime while be quarantined in the house for the corona pandemic I had no tv/internet, Comcast came out early Monday morning to fix the problem and discovered the modem was shot. I had to rent there’s to have service called Motorola stayed on the phone waiting for someone to answer the line for 2 hours for them to say I have to hook the product back up so they can troubleshoot after I being doing that for 2 days and Comcast tried with no luck this product is Garbage along with MOTOROLA.

Needed a satellite With modem this was not the correct item for what we needed

The signal is not the best. The signal is constantly having problems.
