We were unable to get it connected and we purchased it because it said it was easy to set up. It may have just been us. we returned it so I am not going to say anything negitive.

5G not working

Already tried everything, but I am not able to navigate using 5G. I regret buying this device instead of using the one provided by the carrier.

I hope I can get best buy to replace this unit. I have tried to call best buy but no one answers the phone.

Not a very good modem

I had 600 mbps internet connection but could never get more them 25-30 mnps speed through the modem. Returned it and got a Netgear modem and it worked much better. I was not happy with the performance of this Motorola modem.

Network speeds were read at 150+ mbps. Returned item - only gave 2 stars because it was easy to set up.

Our smart lock didn't connect and our Alexa had trouble at times. We returned it earlier this week because we bought a different unit.

I purchased it and at first I got 200mbps. After two weeks I was getting speeds of less than 75 Mbps. I called the 1-800 number and the jerk told me that it could get up to that speed. The box says it's suppose to get up to 1900 Mpbs. I would never buy a Motorola product again.
