this unit has started to drop off line (stays off about 3-5 seconds then comes back on line ) for the last week or so. I hope I can get best buy to replace this unit. I have tried to call best buy but no one answers the phone.

The range is not the best for a two story house but more for an two bedroom apartment.

Product is ok honestly can not tell the difference from the lower model we had.

Every now and then I have to reset it to work again. It goes in and out.

not sure if its my spectrum service however still glitchy

This router kept on buffering when playing 1440p and 1080p video on youtube. Network speeds were read at 150+ mbps. Returned item - only gave 2 stars because it was easy to set up.

I bought this modem to replace the modem i rented from Xfinity in order to save some money. I had 600 mbps internet connection but could never get more them 25-30 mnps speed through the modem. Returned it and got a Netgear modem and it worked much better. I was not happy with the performance of this Motorola modem.

The unit was inconsistent for our needs. Our smart lock didn't connect and our Alexa had trouble at times. We returned it earlier this week because we bought a different unit.

Junk for the most part. Had to port forward half of my games even on consoles. The tech from motorola says hes aware of the inability to connect to multiple servers with this router..

Speeds over 100 mbs will require a different modem

Do not buy this product. You will be sorry !!! I purchased it and at first I got 200mbps. After two weeks I was getting speeds of less than 75 Mbps. I called the 1-800 number and the jerk told me that it could get up to that speed. The box says it's suppose to get up to 1900 Mpbs. I would never buy a Motorola product again.

Even though it says it right on the Comcast website, this modem is in fact not compatible. It blocks some external servers from being reached.

I had to replace this router because it would not connect to Activision gaming servers. If you care about gaming this not a good router to buy. But if you don't care for gaming its adequate.

Wouldn’t allow streaming movies in a room at the bottom of the stairs. Really, one door between the tv and router. Slow speed even in the same room.

Often slows internet speed, might be the ISP but this modem always shuts off sometimes.

This needs less than one star. It has an easy interface that allows you to configure an "allowed" time schedule per mac address. When I put it online, it could not handle the traffic. I tried everything including support. this modem/router combo is awful. So much time wasted switching modems back and forth on teh phone with the cable company to see if there was something wrong on their end. 2 other modems performed fine on the same cable line withing an hour of each other. This one tanked, hard. So much time lost.

Touted as a maximum range router it is far, far from it. The Netgear modem/router is clearly superior.

Only 2 years old and is now dropping WI-FI INTERNET on a weekly basis .Worked well but everything I try does not work. Expect at least 4-5 years.
